Research On The Change Of Chinese Enterprise Democratic Management System

The democratic management system of enterprises is an important part of China’s grass-roots democratic political construction and an integral part of the socialist democratic system.In socialist countries,the people are the masters of the country.It is necessary to realize not only the political rights of all the people,but also the economic and social rights of the people.Only when the working class and the working people realize their rights in production and social activities can their democratic rights have a solid foundation.After the founding of new China,with the great attention of the party and the state,the enterprise democratic management system with the workers’ Congress as the main form has been continuously developed and innovated.In the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,improving the dynamic democratic management system of enterprises is an important issue for adhering to and improving the socialist system with Chinese characteristics and promoting the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity.Historical institutionalism takes the middle-level system as the research object,looks for the internal logic of system generation and evolution from history,and constructs a mature analytical framework for the study of the changes of enterprise democratic management system in China.Its historical view holds that institutional change follows the law of path dependence and has key nodes,and emphasizes the impact of major events on the path.Its structural view emphasizes the role of macro institutional structure and relevant political variables on institutional change.Based on this,on the basis of clarifying the ideological origin and connotation of enterprise democratic management system,this paper takes historical institutionalism as the analytical perspective.By investigating the historical scene of the change of Chinese enterprise democratic management system and using the policy text,this paper reviews the historical events in the process of institutional change.Thus,the change process of Chinese enterprise democratic management system since the founding of the People’s Republic of China is divided into three stages: Exploration and development,reform and adjustment,innovation and optimization.Then,according to the historical analysis paradigm of historical institutionalism,identify the key nodes and path dependence in the path of institutional change,and analyze the factors to strengthen path dependence,so as to explore the historical logic of enterprise democratic management system.Finally,it discusses the influence of the institutional change of Chinese enterprises from the three dimensions of institutional structure,institutional change and institutional change.
