Research On Institutional Innovation Of Democratic Management In State Owned Enterprises Of China

In the past forty years of reform and opening up,the socialist market economy has been gradually established in China.With the development of the economy and society,the social and economic components,the form of organization,the mode of employment and the form of distribution are increasingly diversified,and the problems of economic relations have also undergone profound and huge changes,showing an unprecedented complex situation.At this stage,China faces many difficulties,such as the severe employment situation,the imperfect legal system and social security system,the imperfect coordination mechanism of labor relations and so on.The implementation of democratic management in enterprises has become the inevitable requirement of the market economy and the construction of a harmonious society.The way to realize the realization of the management of the enterprise's civil owners is the current social owner.The important research topic of the righteous democratic politics.In the third Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee,the decision of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on several major issues of deepening the reform put forward the concrete contents and requirements of deepening the reform in a comprehensive way.With the development of our socialist economy,the establishment of the modern enterprise system and the deepening of the reform of the state-owned enterprises,the related problems of the democratic management of the state-owned enterprises have been highlighted.The construction of democratic management in state-owned enterprises is an important part of socialist democracy in China,and it has particularities.Therefore,by studying the innovation of democratic management system in state-owned enterprises,we will further study the democratic management system of Chinese enterprises.This paper mainly consists of six parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the significance of the research,the related research reviews and possible innovations and limitations.The second part mainly analyzes the realistic needs of innovating the democratic management system of the state-owned enterprises in our country,and the third part mainly analyzes the problems and causes of the democratic management system of the state-owned enterprises in China.The fourth part mainly analyzes the democratic management system of foreign enterprises,and the fifth part mainly puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to innovate the democratic management system of the state owned enterprises in our country.
