Research On Performance Evaluation Of Suning Under The Background Of Supply Chain Finance

In recent years,in the domestic comprehensive strength,Internet technology has been constantly strengthened and other favorable conditions,e-commerce has become a popular industry.However,the rising popularity of e-commerce also leads to fierce competition among industries,and e-commerce enterprises have stepped into the path of diversified development.As the main participants of the supply chain,e-commerce enterprises turn their attention to the new blue ocean of supply chain finance in order to seek sustainable and stable development.As a new financial business model,supply chain finance based on e-commerce platform can not only better solve the financing problems of upstream and downstream smes,but also strengthen the competitive strength of the whole supply chain.In this case,for e-commerce enterprises such as Suning E-commerce,it is urgent to understand the contribution of the implementation of supply chain finance business to the overall performance of the enterprise,and how to develop it into a new performance growth point of the enterprise.Therefore,it is particularly important to study the performance of e-commerce enterprises carrying out supply chain finance business.This paper studies the performance of Suning E-commerce after it has carried out supply chain finance business.In the process of research,qualitative and quantitative methods are combined for performance evaluation.Firstly,this paper gives a full overview of the domestic and foreign scholars’ research on supply chain finance and performance evaluation,and then gives a detailed description of the relevant theories to be applied in this study.Then on the basis of the theory to support specific introduction Suning E-commerce of supply chain finance business background,mode and advantages,On this basis,we can analyze in detail the main path of the impact of this business on Suning’s performance.This proves that supply chain finance plays a certain role in improving Suning’s performance and promoting Suning’s development,which can be taken as one of the performance appraisal indicators of Suning.However,the specific performance of supply chain finance and its impact on Suning’s performance can only be known through performance evaluation.Therefore,the performance evaluation system of Suning E-commerce was established.Four index dimensions were selected according to the idea of balanced scorecard,and innovative index design was carried out in combination with the background of supply chain finance.In the process of performance evaluation,the relative importance of the designed index is determined by Analytic hierarchy Process theory,and the performance results are calculated by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Through the study,the overall performance of Suning E-commerce in the case of supply chain finance is at a "good" level.Although the performance of supply chain finance in the financial dimension is only in the "good" level,but combined with the overall analysis of the whole paper can be found that it has great potential for development,so there’s still a lot of room for improvement.According to the research results,This paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the performance of Suning :(1)financial dimension,make full use of sales to improve performance and expand the source of funds for supply chain finance business;(2)Customer dimension,strengthen the attraction to customers and improve the customer conversion rate of supply chain finance;(3)Internal business dimension,optimize the process and improve the risk management of supply chain finance;(4)The learning and growth dimension,strengthen the training of talents and strengthen the technical level.It is hoped that the research of this paper can play a reference value for e-commerce enterprises carrying out supply chain finance.
