Comparative Study On The Business Model Of Litchi Professional Cooperatives In Hejiang Count

Hejiang city in southern margin of the sichuan basin’s traditional agricultural county,how to consolidate enhance agriculture characteristic industrial development foundation,cultivating growing industry leading enterprises,professional cooperatives,such as new operators,out of a road of the rich local characteristics of industrial development,enriching the agricultural production and operation forms,boosting agricultural high quality development is very important.Litchi industry,as one of the three dominant characteristic agricultural industries in Hejiang County,is still in the development stage where the traditional decentralized management of households plays a dominant role.Decentralized management has become the bottleneck restricting the standardized,scientific and modern development of litchi industry in Hejiang County.Litchi professional cooperative is a new type of business entity gradually formed in order to realize the modern and high-quality development of Litchi industry under the situation of urgent transformation and development.With the rapid development of market economy,farmers’ professional cooperatives have stepped into the fast track of diversified development,and farmers’ professional cooperatives under different business models have also shown different comprehensive performance levels.Comparative study on different operation modes of the characteristics of mountain litchi professional cooperatives differences and comprehensive performance level,benefit from two aspects of qualitative and quantitative clear understanding all kinds of operating mode of the workings of the litchi professional cooperatives,to guide the scientific and choose suitable for their own development needs lychee growers provide theoretical basis for the farmers’ professional cooperatives management pattern.Based on the research results of relevant economic theories and combined with the field research data,this paper conducts qualitative analysis on the cooperatives of four different business modes from the aspects of the formation mode,operation mode,decision-making subjects,property rights relations,income growth and risk sharing of the professional litchi cooperatives.And the analytic hierarchy Process(AHP)is used to carry out quantitative analysis on four different types of cooperatives.Finally,through the comprehensive qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis results,the comparative analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the four different types of operation mode of cooperatives,so as to draw the research conclusion.The results show that: first,there are obvious differences among the four operating modes of litchi professional cooperatives in terms of income,organization construction,interest connection and social influence.Second,the comprehensive performance level of the four operating modes of litchi cooperatives is ranked from high to low: The mode of "fruit tree shares and income sharing" is superior to the mode of "land circulation and contract operation",the mode of "fruit tree circulation and buyout operation" and the mode of "technical service and product commission sale",indicating that compared with decentralized operation,centralized operation reflects a higher comprehensive performance level.Third,capital-driven business model has more advantages in longterm development.Fourthly,at present,hejiang should actively promote the mode of "fruit tree shares,income sharing" professional cooperatives.
