As a key part of soft interior decoration,Home Textiles' culture,artistic content and trends composed a unique culture of decoration,then an increasing number of consumers increased consumption of textile.With the constant upgrade of home textile as well as personal and fashionable trends of consumption demand,the domestic textile market has become a fully competitive market.Although a number of textile enterprises have occupied different market segments,the style,variety,materials of the convergence turned seriously same,then home textiles market competed intensively.The marketing strategy of different manufacturers for their textile shops varied significantly.The vital problems many franchisees executives and entrepreneurs have to face are how to run their stores in the fierce competition,how to target the local consumption level,how to select the appropriate textile brand,and how to choose a suitable marketing strategy to keep their enterprises operating well.The key point is whether retailers can choose right home textile products and form an effective marketing strategy to attract their customers.In this paper,Gold Group ISIKI textile products and stores are seen as the research objects.Through the survey of Yangquan City,the author attempt to acknowledge local home textiles market,find out the terminal shopping malls management methods,well sold textile products,and major competing brands' market positioning,further master consumers' consumption habits,psychology and behavior,which lead to determining ISIKI textile products' brand positioning in consumers' minds.According to the collected information,based on the perspective of effective marketing strategies,find out problems in business process,then draw a meaningful conclusion to solve them,form a marketing integrated decision,and provide an effective and efficient profitable marketing mode for businessmen in terms of systems,resources,values etc..By a series of marketing integrated strategies study for exclusive stores,this paper not only provide a lot of information and powerful decision-making frames for same category retailers,but also offer an important reference which is from the marketing value of the terminal,for the upstream textile manufacturers in the channel management and construction.
