| After more than 20 years of strict land management and regulation,land utilization in China is gradually orderly and reasonable.However,with the deepening of urbanization process and the new requirements of high-quality economic development,the land resources for production,living and ecology are more limited,the contradiction between human-land and land structure is more acute,and the sustainable and efficient use and optimal allocation of land face greater challenges.Therefore,to improve the utilization efficiency of various land resources,promote the orderly allocation of multi-functional land,and meet the needs of multi-objective development such as regional economic,social and environmental benefits has become an important destination to be achieved in the new stage of regional development.Land use optimization is a complex system problem,involving many subjects and fields,which must be considered comprehensively from many aspects.This thesis choose Nanchang as a typical research area,using Data Envelopment Analysis,Spatial Econometric approach,Arc GIS,multi-objective programming and genetic algorithm,systematically integrating the efficiency evaluation and land use structure zoning into the optimization of land use practice,establish a land use optimization framework based on efficiency and function orientation to explore the scientific decision-making path of land use planning.Under this framework,first of all,this thesis use Super-SBM model to measure the land use structure efficiency to evaluate the rationality of land use structure.According to the redundancy of land use types,this thesis identifies the the key factors of efficiency loss in each town to provide the constraints for optimization of land use,then use the spatial lag model to explore the influence factors of the land use structure efficiency.Secondly,from the perspective of production-living-ecological space,the spatial distribution pattern of production-living-ecological space in Nanchang was obtained by using the spatial superposition method of multi-index evaluation,and the dynamic correction of production,living space and ecological space was carried out by predicting night-light index and constructing ecological corridor.The dynamic correction solves the lag of the previous production-living-ecological space suitability evaluation in land use planning.According to the revised suitability level,Nanchang was divided into different land use functional areas,providing the optimization target for the allocation of land resources.Finally,based on the efficiency orientation and function orientation,the multi-objective planning model of land use optimization in Nanchang city was constructed,and the spatial optimization simulation was carried out by using NSGA-II algorithm,the optimal allocation scheme of land resources in four different scenarios was obtained.The main research results and conclusions are as follows:(1)The results of land use structure efficiency evaluation and its influencing factors show that the high-value area of the comprehensive efficiency of land use structure appeared in the multi-functional land use area,and the pure technical efficiency of land use structure had an obvious driving effect on the comprehensive technical efficiency.According to the results of influencing factors,per capita GDP is positively proportional to the efficiency of land use structure.The spatial dislocation index,the level of land urbanization and the information entropy of land use structure are inversely proportional to the efficiency of land use structure.The matching of construction land with population distribution and specialization of land use can promote the improvement of land use structure efficiency.(2)The results of production-living-ecological space suitability evaluation showed that show that the proportion of suitable region for production,living and ecological space in the total area after dynamic correction was 12.57%,7.87% and 20.64%,which increased by 24.21%,39.05% and 55.07% respectively,compared with that before correction.The corrected suitable region for production and living space extends outward from the central city;the increasing areas of suitable region for ecological space are mainly distributed in the southeast of Nanchang city.(3)Based on the revised combination of production-living-ecological space suitability levels,the land use functional zoning and development planning scheme of Nanchang city were established.Nanchang city can be divided into seven land use functional areas,namely,production priority area,living priority area,ecological priority area,production-living complex area,production-ecological comprehensive utilization area,life-ecological comprehensive utilization area and production-living-ecological comprehensive utilization area,whith Accounting for 19.32%,2.56%,45.40%,11.21%,16.28%,0.49% and 4.74% of the total area of Nanchang city respectively.(4)Using genetic algorithm to optimize land use,the results show that,each target value showed an increasing trend with the increase of the number of iterations,and the optimization effect was satisfying.In addition,the number of land area of efficiency redundancy in each township is reduced to different degrees after optimization,which is conducive to improving the efficiency of land use structure.(5)Compared with the land use structure before optimization,the area of cultivated land,grassland and unused land decreased in different degrees,while the area of forest land,water area and construction land increased.There are significant differences in the quantitative structure and spatial distribution of land use in Nanchang city in different scenarios.Under the overall consideration scenario,the benefits of economic,ecological and suitability all increased,and the land use conversion was more balanced,the land use allocation was more reasonable. |
