Under the conditions of market economy,employees are the living force for realizing the development and value of enterprises,and are closely related to the stability and continuity of enterprise operations.In recent years,many enterprises have begun to explore new personnel management systems and incentive measures to try to solve the problems of personnel incentive.Internal entrepreneurship is a feasible one of many innovation strategies.From the micro perspective,this thesis taking X Company,a representative medium-sized non-standard equipment enterprise,as a research case,analyze the status and problems of personnel incentive of the company by means of investigation and research,and then puts forward solutions and support measures on internal entrepreneurships.Firstly,this thesis widely collects industry-related data and materials,and uses the literature method to sort out the incentive theory and internal entrepreneurship research at home and abroad.Secondly,through questionnaire survey and other research methods,the personnel incentive problems and the feasibility of internal entrepreneurship in X company are analyzed,and then the optimization principles,strategies and guarantee means of personnel incentive in X company based on internal entrepreneurship are put forward.According to the research,from the perspective of internal entrepreneurship,the personnel incentive solution of X company should follow the principles of reforming incentive and evaluation means,fully authorizing,cultivating innovation culture,tapping internal potential and resource preference.At the same time,on the basis of necessity and feasibility of internal entrepreneurship,X company should take internal entrepreneurship as the main means to solve the problem of personnel incentive,including project selection,entrepreneurship starting,merging(or exit)stage,to realize the incentive aims through different means.In addition to the optimization of specific personnel incentive scheme,in view of the particularity of internal entrepreneurial activities,X company should provide corresponding supports in terms of organizational structure,human resources and corporate culture,to finally fulfill the internal entrepreneurial personnel incentive solution,while optimizing the management system to stimulate the development potential of X company,and also provide some reference for other companies with talent incentive problems.
