Entrepreneurship,Organizational Resilience And The Growth Of Small And Medium-Sized Enterprises:A Mediating Effect Model With Regulation

As the largest and most innovative group in China,the healthy growth of small and medium-sized enterprises is of great significance to build a new development pattern and promote the high-quality development of China’s economy.If China’s small and medium-sized enterprises want to achieve high-quality growth,on the one hand,they should actively cultivate entrepreneurship,drive entrepreneurs to find market opportunities,quickly make correct strategic decisions and lead enterprises to grow healthily.On the other hand,we should enhance the Organizational Resilience of small and medium-sized enterprises,improve the ability of crisis management,turn the crisis into safety in the face of challenges,and achieve resilient growth.Therefore,in the dynamic external environment,clarifying the relationship and influence mechanism among entrepreneurship,Organizational Resilience and the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises is conducive to a deeper understanding of the mechanism of entrepreneurship and Organizational Resilience in the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises,and providing countermeasures for the healthy growth of small and medium-sized enterprises,which is of great strategic significance for realizing the high-quality development of China’s economy.On the basis of reviewing the research results related to the growth,entrepreneurship,Organizational Resilience and environmental dynamics of small and medium-sized enterprises,based on the dynamic capability theory and high-order theory,organizational resilience is regarded as the intermediary variable between entrepreneurship and the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises,and environmental dynamics is regarded as the regulating variable between entrepreneurship and Organizational Resilience,deeply analyze the internal mechanism of entrepreneurship affecting the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises.This study collects315 sample data filled in by middle and senior managers of small and medium-sized enterprises through questionnaire survey,and makes an empirical test.Firstly,Spss and Amos were used to test the reliability and validity of the data,descriptive statistical analysis,correlation analysis and common method deviation test;Secondly,Spss is used to test the main effect,intermediary effect and regulatory effect,and process plug-in is used to analyze the robustness of intermediary effect and regulatory effect;Thirdly,it analyzes the main effect and regulation effect of entrepreneurship from the three dimensions of innovation spirit,adventure spirit and initiative spirit;Finally,it summarizes the conclusions and puts forward corresponding suggestions from the government and enterprise levels.The results show that:(1)entrepreneurship positively affects the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises,and the three dimensions of entrepreneurship,innovation,adventure and initiative also positively affect the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises;(2)Entrepreneurship has a positive impact on Organizational Resilience.Organizational Resilience plays a partial intermediary role between entrepreneurship and the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises.Entrepreneurship can promote the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises by enhancing the Organizational Resilience of enterprises;(3)Environmental dynamics plays a positive regulatory role in the relationship between entrepreneurship and Organizational Resilience.This regulatory effect still exists in the process of the secondary indicators of entrepreneurship,innovation,adventure and initiative acting on Organizational Resilience.
