| In recent years,due to the increasing uncertainty of the international and domestic economic situation and the repeated impact of the epidemic,my country’s construction industry is currently in a critical period of changing its development mode and transforming its growth drivers.The situation of excessive competition and declining income levels in the industry will be further intensified.At the same time,Chinese government encourages optimizing the layout of the state-owned economy and adjusting the economic structure,making state-owned capital and state-owned enterprises stronger,better and bigger,and helping the high-quality development of the state-owned economy.Faced with the current complex and unstable macroeconomic environment and the increasingly fierce market competition in the construction industry,how state-owned construction enterprises can improve their hematopoietic capabilities and localized competitive advantages through reforms is an urgent topic for state-owned enterprises in many parts of our country to explore.This paper selects Group A,which is a state-owned enterprise of rail transit in N city,as the research object,conducts targeted case analysis,and studies and formulates the future development strategy of state-owned construction enterprises based on the perspective of the company’s internal and external environment and resource capabilities,based on the company’s development direction.This paper first summarizes the company’s development strategy and research results related to reform and innovation,analyzes the company’s development profile,political,economic,social and technological external environment and internal resource capabilities in turn,and proposes corresponding strategies based on the SWOT matrix.This paper studies and formulates the company’s development strategy plan based on the current current situation of Group A,including business-level strategy and functional-level strategy.This paper also proposes to strengthen the guarantee of organizational management,improve the guarantee of human resources and promote the construction of corporate culture and other corresponding strategies to implement guarantees. |
