Research On Optimization Of Total Budget Management Of X Company Under The Background Of Big Data

With the development of economic globalization,in this process,enterprises have higher requirements for total budget management increasingly.With the development of enterprise,due to the backward information technology,the total budget management system can not keep up with the requirements,which had caused the total budget management is difficult to meet the enterprises development needs.In order to solve these problems,an increasing number of enterprises are focusing on information technology.As far as the current situation concerned,it is necessary to apply of information technology to total budget management which is an opportunity and challenge.Through literature research method,case study method and investigation and research method,this paper analyzes the current situation and problems of X enterprise,and finds that X enterprise lacks of special budget management organization,low information degree,low efficiency and the data have security risks.The fundamental reasons lies in the large amount of data,the lack of efficient information management system and the weak strategic awareness of budget management.Then,according to the problems,the enterprise put the optimization goal of the total budget management:the budget target is closely combined with the company’s strategic objectives,enhance people’s enthusiasm,improve the efficiency of budget work and strengthen data security,etc.Under the background of big data,combined with the problems,with the help of cloud computing platform for big data processing capacity,data mining and analysis function,they can make the X enterprise total budget management framework and process optimization design become better,which will help X enterprise solve the traditional mode of total budget management,in addition,not only they can help enterprise to achieve total budget management goals better,but also can provide reference for other enterprises.
