Research On The Impact Of Innovation Network Governance And Tacit Knowledge Transfer On Enterprise Innovation Performance

With the implementation of China’s innovation driven development strategy,innovation networks have become one of the core factors in China’s innovation system.The innovation performance of enterprises is affected by the innovation resources obtained by enterprises,and there is a large number of flow and operation of innovation resources among various subjects in the innovation network,which provides an important platform for enterprises to obtain innovation resources,from which they can obtain more technology and knowledge,which is conducive to improving the innovation performance of enterprises.However,the innovation network is dynamic and lacks stability,which makes it difficult for enterprises to obtain resources.Therefore,it is necessary to take corresponding measures to maintain the stability of the innovation network and govern the innovation network.For enterprises,among all kinds of resources circulating in the innovation network,whether the knowledge is successfully transferred has a very important impact on the innovation performance of enterprises.Because of the silence of tacit knowledge,whether the tacit knowledge is successfully transferred is particularly critical to the innovative performance of enterprises.Therefore,it is of great significance to explore the relationship between innovation network governance,tacit knowledge transfer and enterprise innovation performance.This study mainly studies the mechanism of innovation network governance and tacit knowledge transfer on innovation performance.Firstly,by combing the relevant literature at home and abroad,this paper defines the concepts of innovation network governance,tacit knowledge transfer and innovation performance,and divides the dimensions of each variable.Secondly,analyze the relationship between variables,put forward 7 research hypotheses of this study,and put forward the theoretical model of this study on this basis.Thirdly,the relevant variables were measured by issuing questionnaires to collect data,and the 221 valid questionnaire data were analyzed by multivariate statistics.Fourth,discuss the research results and give the corresponding management enlightenment.The empirical results show that first,innovation network governance and tacit knowledge transfer have a significant positive impact on enterprise innovation performance.Second,innovation network governance has a significant positive impact on tacit knowledge transfer,and tacit knowledge transfer plays a partial intermediary role between innovation network governance and enterprise innovation performance.This study has certain theoretical significance and practical enlightenment:first,the governance of innovation networks is an important dimension to improve enterprise innovation performance,which has a positive impact on the improvement of enterprise innovation performance in industrial clusters.The resources and knowledge integrated by innovation network for network members^[8]is the key to the innovation and development of enterprises.Only by making effective use of these resources and knowledge can enterprise innovation develop better.Therefore,enterprises should make full use of these resources and knowledge through market mechanisms and social mechanisms to help enterprises innovate and develop.Second,the transfer of tacit knowledge plays a more important and direct media role in innovation network governance and innovation performance.In the innovation network,the easily transferred explicit knowledge is difficult to bring competitive advantage to enterprises,and the characteristics of tacit knowledge determine that the transfer of tacit knowledge can greatly improve the innovation performance of enterprises.In network communication,enterprises should pay attention to identifying tacit knowledge.After acquiring tacit knowledge,they should do continuous maintenance to transform the acquired tacit knowledge into explicit internal knowledge.Third,the governance mechanism in the innovation network affects the effect of tacit knowledge transfer.In the innovation network,mutual exchange between members is a two-way exchange of knowledge and resources.Under the effective market mechanism and social mechanism,the transfer effect of tacit knowledge is higher and the efficiency is higher.For the enterprises in the early stage of development in the network,we can use the social mechanism to improve the tacit knowledge transfer and improve the innovation performance of enterprises.For the enterprises in the mature stage,we can make full use of the market mechanism and social mechanism to transfer more tacit knowledge to the enterprise,so as to improve the innovation performance of enterprises.
