With the incessant thorough and development of Internet,Hadoop,artificial intelligence,5G and other technologies,today’s society has crossed from the stage of industry-based economy to the stage of knowledge-based economy.Driven by the knowledge economy,the knowledge intensity is increasing,and the boundary between industries becomes blurred.More and more enterprises realize that the closed innovation mode within the enterprise has been difficult to support the needs of major innovation because of its limited and single internal resources.Cooperative innovation,open innovation and supply chain integration innovation have cumulatively turn into new momentum for the innovation and growth of firm.The relationship between innovation subjects has evolved from a single competitive cooperative relationship to a collaborative innovation relationship.A collaborative innovation network based on Collaborative Innovation relationship is being established.However,there are differences in the correlation between the openness of collaborative innovation network and enterprise innovation performance.It is necessary to further study what factors cause this difference.Knowledge is a crucial inner influence ingredient of the enterprise innovation performance.It can provide key and basic resources for enterprises to carry out innovation activities.The effective transfer of knowledge between innovation subjects is an important part of the process of enterprise collaborative innovation.Previous studies have shown that increasing the efficiency of knowledge transfer can accelerate the circulation and circulation of knowledge within the collaborative innovation network,facilitate the collaboration and complementarity of knowledge resources a between various innovation entities,in turn facilitate the celerity enhancement of innovation level and innovation performance.Based on this,this essay centre around the analysis of the mutual influence among collaborative innovation network openness,knowledge transfer and enterprise innovation performance.Under the direction of collaborative innovation theory,inter organizational network theory and knowledge collaboration theory,this thesis teases the document on the openness of collaborative innovation network and the elements of knowledge transfer,and carries out the following research in integration with actual issues: firstly,it defines the openness of collaborative innovation network and knowledge transfer in the lights of notions and dimensions from the effecting factors of openness of collaborative innovation network and the existing process models and practical features of knowledge transfer,By summarizing their action mechanism and influencing factors,this paper determines the existing relationship between them and enterprise innovation performance;Secondly,according to the breadth and depth of openness in the openness of collaborative innovation network,and the connection between the constituent field of technological knowledge transfer,management knowledge transfer and market knowledge transfer in knowledge transfer and enterprise innovation performance,a theoretical relation model of "openness of collaborative innovation network-knowledge transfer-enterprise innovation performance" is assured,and 17 propositional hypotheses are bring up.Finally,combined with literature research,questionnaire survey,empirical analysis and other research methods,with the help of spss19.0、AMOS21.0 and other statistical tools to systematically analyze the 259 effective samples recovered,verify the action mechanism of collaborative innovation network openness on enterprise innovation performance,collaborative innovation network openness on knowledge transfer and knowledge transfer on enterprise innovation performance,and draw the following main conclusions:(1)The openness of collaborative innovation network can have a virtual active influence on enterprise innovation performance.Among them,both the opening breadth and the opening depth of collaborative innovation network can have a virtual active influence on enterprise innovation performance,and the opening depth of the collaborative innovation network has a higher effect than the opening breadth of the collaborative innovation network.(2)The two dimensions of collaborative innovation network openness have a positive impact on all dimensions of knowledge transfer.The breadth and depth of openness can significantly promote the transfer of technical knowledge,management knowledge and market knowledge.Among them,the opening depth of collaborative innovation network has a high influence on market knowledge transfer and management knowledge transfer;The openness of collaborative innovation network has a high influence on technological knowledge transfer.(3)Collaborative innovation network openness can affect enterprise innovation performance through the middle variable of knowledge transfer,that is,knowledge transfer plays a medium part of the influence which is collaborative innovation network openness on enterprise innovation performance.The innovations and contributions of this essay are mostly embodied in the several ways:(1)this thesis discloses the pattern of working among collaborative innovation network openness,knowledge transfer and enterprise innovation performance,and distributes collaborative innovation network openness and knowledge transfer into two secondary dimensions and three secondary dimensions respectively,which enriches the research system of collaborative innovation network and innovation performance;(2)This essay systematically analyzes the medium influence of knowledge transfer in the influence of collaborative innovation network openness on enterprise innovation performance,which compensate for the shortage of previous studies.Knowledge transfer is an important variable affecting enterprise innovation performance in collaborative innovation network,but there is no literature on setting knowledge transfer as an medium variable to study the connection between collaborative innovation network openness and enterprise innovation performance.The build of variable relationship in this study can give new enlightenment to relevant researchers in the future.(3)The combination of research and collaborative innovation network practice will aid corporations reinforce their own collaborative innovation network structure,improve their practices in collaborative innovation practice,and promote enterprises to obtain external innovation resources more efficiently.With the continuous development of collaborative innovation network and the gradual enrichment of knowledge resources,enterprises can further create unique competitive advantages and improve their innovation performance.
