Research On Development Strategies Optimization Of Liaocheng A Steel Sheet Enterprise

The “new pattern of dual-cycle development” and “new development concept” both pose challenges to the development of iron and steel enterprises with high energy consumption,high pollution and high emissions.Such enterprises must respond to the challenges through the transformation of their development strategies.Enterprise A is a private steel plate enterprise with a certain scale,and the optimization of its development strategy is also imperative.This study uses the literature research method,investigation research method,model analysis method and other methods,taking enterprise A as the research object,following the idea of "strategic dilemma-external environment analysis-internal environment analysis-development strategy optimization suggestions",and carrying out research on the optimization of enterprise development strategy.Firstly,this paper summarizes the relevant research literature at home and abroad,sorts out the concept of enterprise development strategy and the analysis method of strategic management,and then determines the theoretical framework of the research on this basis.Secondly,it introduces the development status of A steel plate enterprise,analyzes the strategic predicament of enterprise development,and points out the main problems existing in enterprise development such as unreasonable product structure,unbalanced business development,declining profits,high capital pressure,and insufficient human resources.Thirdly,using PEST analysis method,Porter’s “five forces”analysis method,and EFE external factor matrix model,the macro environment and industrial development environment faced by enterprise development are analyzed.More than the threat,the market prospect of the steel sheet industry is still relatively broad,and the company has the ability to offset the threat caused by external factors;based on the internal environment analysis of corporate resources and capabilities,the internal factor evaluation matrix(IFE)The research conclusion shows that: the development of company A faces many disadvantages in the internal environment,and its operation level is slightly lower than the average level of companies in the same industry.Only by actively adjusting the company’s development strategy and making up for shortcomings can it maximize its own development potential.Finally,strategic optimization suggestions are put forward in detail from the aspects of strategic vision,strategic objectives,business strategy and functional strategy.Based on the strategic vision of becoming a continuous leader in the world-class steel sheet deep processing industry,this paper puts forward business strategy optimization suggestions from five aspects: optimizing product structure,deepening brand strategy,adjusting customer groups,implementing energy conservation and emission reduction,and doing well in cost reduction and efficiency improvement.;Proposed functional strategy optimization suggestions from five aspects: optimizing capital utilization,optimizing organizational structure,optimizing human resource management,optimizing corporate culture,and optimizing scientific and technological innovation.
