| At the 2020 Climate Ambition Summit on December 12,2020,President Xi Jinping gave a speech which titled "Building on Past Achievements and Launching a New Journey for Global Climate Actions",Xi said that China strives to peak carbon dioxide emissions before 2030,and strive to achieve carbon neutrality before2060.After that China’s photovoltaic power station construction has pressed the fast forward button.In the middle and late October of 2021,Inner Mongolia,Gansu,Qinghai and Ningxia started the construction of a number of large-scale photovoltaic wind power plant projects with a total scale of nearly 30 million k W in desert,Gobi and desert areas,opening the curtain of the first batch of new energy projects with an installed capacity of about 100 million k W.With the rapid development of photovoltaic power stations,EPC mode has been widely used in the construction process of photovoltaic power stations compared with traditional projects.Compared with the traditional project contracting mode,EPC mode draws on the experience of industrial production organization to realize the organizational integration of the construction and production process and overcome the disadvantage of affecting the construction schedule due to the incoordination between design and construction.Taking a photovoltaic power station project as example,this paper studies the schedule management of a photovoltaic power station project from the perspective of EPC contractor,repeats the process of drawing up the project schedule,finds out the critical paths and key works of the project,analyzes the current situation of project schedule management,and finds out the issues existing in schedule management from the aspects of project organization and management,schedule formulation,design,procurement,construction and so on.To deal with these issues,this paper combine the theoretical knowledge with the actual situation of the project,analyze the causes of the problems,put forward improvement suggestions,and put forward corresponding guarantee measures from the aspects of organization,management,economy and technology,so as to eliminate the risk of delayed delivery of the project,provide reference experience for similar projects,with a view to improving the management level of the EPC contractor of domestic photovoltaic power station projects. |
