Financial Benefit Evaluation Of Roof Photovoltaic Power Station Investment Project Of Guangxi T Company

In the context of "carbon neutrality","carbon peak",the photovoltaic power industry has been strongly supported by the national and local level policies,and the technology is updated,and the cost is continuously declined.my country’s solar resources are rich,but the urban land resources available for construction of photovoltaic projects are scarce,so the roof distributed photovoltaic power station industry in the construction site is rapidly developed with buildings.This study uses CNKI,Wanfang Data and other Internet channels to extensively search relevant literature and works at home and abroad,and the relevant policies of the photovoltaic industry,the development status of the roof photovoltaic power generation industry,photovoltaic power generation technology,the economic benefit evaluation methods of investment projects,and the benefits of photovoltaic power station investment projects were simply sorted out.Taking the roof photovoltaic power station investment project of Guangxi T company as a case,the financial benefits of the project are studied and evaluated by comprehensively using the literature analysis method,case analysis method,financial evaluation method and field research method.According to the basic data of project construction conditions,basic rate,power generation,electricity price,etc.,the financial income and cost fees during the project construction period and operation period,focus on the profitability and energy conservation and emission reduction benefits of the project construction project,and Based on the above-mentioned deterministic analysis,the balance analysis and sensitivity analysis were performed,and finally obtained the project feasible conclusions,providing practical information support for investment management and decision-making of Guangxi T company.This paper expects to form a more complete photovoltaic project financial benefit assessment procedure to provide reference to the investment of interested investors to invest in small photovoltaic power plants in accordance with the study of the case.
