With the advent of 5G communication and national digital era,domestic telecom operators are also about to face a new round of challenges.With the issuance of 5g license,China Radio and television officially joined the industry of telecom operators,which has completely broken the previous tripartite situation of China Telecom,China Mobile and China Unicom.At the same time,the implementation of the "signal carrying network transfer" policy of the Ministry of industry and information technology has expanded the choice of users,making the domestic operator market more unpredictable.In addition,in the digital era,traditional telecom operators are also facing transformation in order to break the situation that the current market products are more and more similar and the competition begins to tend to be homogeneous.Therefore,marketing has become extremely important in the work of operators.This paper takes GY Telecom Company as the research object,through literature research,investigation and research,case analysis and qualitative and quantitative analysis and this paper analyzes the current situation of GY telecom marketing and the problems existing in marketing strategy.After analyzing the current situation of China Telecom’s marketing by using the SWOT method and the GY marketing method,this paper finds out the advantages and disadvantages of China Telecom’s current market The current situation and existing problems of channel strategy provide a basis for the re formulation and optimization of GY telecom marketing strategy.Then,using STP theory and marketing 4Ps,on the basis of market detail and target positioning of GY telecom market,this paper focuses on the current situation and problems of product strategy,price strategy,channel strategy and promotion strategy in GY telecom market,reformulates these marketing strategies,puts forward optimization suggestions,and studies the guarantee measures to ensure the smooth implementation of marketing strategies.
