Evaluation On The Coupling And Coordination Relationship Between Tourism And New Urbanization In Scenic Towns Of Zhejiang Province

Under the background of carrying out the demonstration zone of high quality development and common prosperity in Zhejiang Province,how to promote the development of small towns,narrow the gap between urban and rural areas,and assist rural revitalization is an important topic.New-type urbanization is characterized by industrial upgrading and urban and rural overall planning.It has become an important means to promote common prosperity by improving the quality of urban development and coordinating regional development.However,at present,the urbanization development of Zhejiang province has entered the stage of slowing down speed and improving quality.Tourism is a beautiful industry.It has the advantages of low development pollution,strong industrial connection and wide employment absorption.It can improve the level of urban development,assist industrial upgrading and optimize regional construction.Most existing studies have studied the relationship between tourism and new-type urbanization from a macro perspective,but there are some problems such as lack of in-depth characterization.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to analyze the interaction,coupling coordination mechanism and interaction mode between the two sides from the micro town perspective.Zhejiang province promotes all-for-one tourism,building the province’s "great garden" and thousands of cities,towns and villages into scenic areas.On this basis,the scenic town is established to optimize the environment,facilities,business types and management of the town.Scenic town is a kind of small tourism town,especially 5A scenic town has the advantages of high level of tourism development and great urban construction,which fits the theme of this paper on the interaction between micro regional tourism and urbanization.Therefore,this paper takes Anchang Town,Moganshan Town and Xiaguan Town,which are among the 9 5A-level scenic towns published in Zhejiang Province,as samples.On the basis of combing and summarizing domestic and foreign literature,field research and case analysis are used to construct the coupling evaluation index system of tourism and new-type urbanization in the three towns.Empirical research on the mechanism and mode of tourism promoting new urbanization,new urbanization reacting to tourism and their interaction.Finally,suggestions on tourism development and urbanization construction are put forward from the perspective of coupling coordination relationship.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)Through constructing the evaluation index system of coupling coordination between tourism and new-type urbanization in the three sample towns,it is concluded that Moganshan town has the highest comprehensive development level,Anchang Town takes the second place,and Xiaguan Town has the lowest level.Anchang town has the highest coupling degree.Moganshan town is the second,lagging urbanization type.The last is Xiaguan town,which is the tourism lagging type.In the degree of coordination,Moganshan town is the highest,at the intermediate level of coordination;Anchang Town is second,in the primary coordination;Xiaguan Town is finally on the verge of disorder.(2)The role of tourism in Anchang town,Moganshan town and Xiaguan town in new-type urbanization is reflected in five aspects: land use,economy,ecological environment,culture and ideology.In terms of land use,the expansion of urban construction land,the growth of tourism land and the change of land use structure are respectively 12.36%,14.86% and 3.26% from tourism development to 2021.Tourism land accounted for 3.80%,15.52% and 3.45% of the total land area,respectively.Economically,it is reflected in increasing employment,optimizing industrial structure,improving infrastructure,increasing income and upgrading services.Specifically,in 2021,3.30%,6.55% and 37.10% of the total population will be engaged in tourism-related industries,and tourism income of 387 million yuan,314 million yuan and 39.14 million yuan will be created for local residents.The ecological environment is reflected in the improvement of natural and human environment and the development of energy and other resources.Social culture is embodied in the inheritance of all kinds of material and intangible cultural heritage and the introduction of new cultural forms.The ideological change of residents is reflected in their attitude towards tourism,occupation view,operation mode change and the promotion of "citizenization" consciousness.(3)The adverse effect of new-type urbanization on tourism in Anchang town,Moganshan town and Xiaguan town is reflected in the expansion of tourism market scale,the improvement of economic income and the improvement of tourism services by urban construction.The expansion of tourism market includes the increase of tourists,the increase of tourist sources and the improvement of tourist satisfaction.Specifically,in 2021,the three towns will attract 2.82 million tourists,1.09 million tourists and 150,000 tourists respectively.Tourism economic benefits at the government level for investment returns,facilities fees and taxes,shops after individual level provide goods and services for tourism practitioners obtain economic benefits,specifically for tourism,respectively,in 2021 the government get 36.82 million yuan,5.75 million yuan and 3.23 million yuan income,visitors per capita consumption of 137 yuan,290 yuan and 269 yuan respectively.To household income.The promotion of tourism services is reflected in the increase of tourism practitioners,the improvement of tourism facilities and the enrichment of tourism formats.(4)In the coupling and coordination relationship between tourism and new-type urbanization,the interaction between the two sides is the endogenous driving force and the interaction between the government,residents,social organizations and tourists is the external driving force.According to the strength of the dynamic action,three interactive modes are formed:(1)Xiaguan mode of "combination of city and tourism".The characteristics of this model are the first city and the second scene,and the urbanization is the main driving force of the interaction between the two sides,so as to improve the tourism form and boost the development of tourism through urban construction.(2)Moganshan model of "tourism and city combination".This mode takes tourism as the main driving force of interaction,and gains profits through tourism development to feed back urban construction.(3)Anchang model of "combination of business and travel".Tourism and urbanization are the driving forces of this model.A comparative analysis of the three models shows that there are differences in dominant power,coupling coordination and development stage.Xiaguan town takes urbanization as its main internal power and government as its main external power.Moganshan town takes tourism as the main internal driving force,and tourists,residents and government as the main external driving force.Tourism and urbanization in Anchang town are the main internal driving forces,while tourists,residents and government are the main external driving forces.Xiaguan town is in the primary stage,Anchang town is in the rapid development stage,and Moganshan town is in the relatively mature stage.As for the research on the coupling coordination between tourism and new urbanization in 5A-level scenic towns,this paper selects three typical sample towns for preliminary study due to the small number of published 5A-level scenic towns.In the future,if the number of samples can be increased and follow-up investigation can be conducted,more general results can be obtained,and a deeper understanding of the development trend and dynamics of scenic towns can be gained.
