Study On The Coupling Coordination Of New-type Urbanization And Intensive Land Use In Anhui Province

Anhui Province is in a period of rapid social and economic development,with the continuous advancement of the new urbanization process,land demand gradually increased,resulting in the intensification of land supply and demand contradictions,in addition to the lack of scientific and reasonable land use planning,resulting in unreasonable land structure and layout,various types of land use imbalance,so the quantity and quality of land resources have a serious impact,but also hinder the development of new urbanization.At present,to promote social development,we must take the two major concepts of new urbanization and intensive land utilization as an important starting point.The coordinated development of the two is of great significance to improving the quality of urbanization in China,resolving the contradiction between land supply and demand,and promoting the balanced development of urban and rural areas.Anhui Province is located in the Yangtze River Delta region,its own geographical position,it is necessary to analyze the internal mechanism of action between the two,so as to explore its coordinated development of the optimization measures.Based on the panel data of the two systems from 2010 to 2019 in 16 prefecture-level cities under the jurisdiction of Anhui Province,this study sorts out the connotation,dialectical relationship and coordinated development mechanism of new urbanization and intensive land utilization,and combines quantitative and qualitative analysis from the subjective and objective perspectives,formulates the evaluation index system of coupled and coordinated development of the two,establishes a coupling coordination model for empirical analysis,and carries out corresponding evaluation in combination with GIS spatial analysis and cluster analysis.Starting from the time scale,the coupling and coordinated development relationship from 2010 to 2012 was in the preliminary optimization period,the coupling coordinated development relationship was in the medium optimization period from 2013 to 2016,and the coupling coordinated development relationship in 2017-2019 was in a period of rapid optimization,indicating that the coupling coordinated development evolved from preliminary optimization to strengthening optimization.Starting from the spatial scale,the coupling and coordinated development status of new urbanization and intensive land utilization are quite different,and its spatial distribution pattern shows the distribution characteristics of a circular decline outward,with the Hewu area as the center,and the coupling coordination level of some cities in the rest of the adjacent areas is average,while the coupling coordination level of some economically less developed cities located in northern Anhui and southern Anhui is low,and the differentiated characteristics of the local cities in Anhui Province,such as their own location conditions,economic development models,industrial structures and development policies,are consistent.An analysis and study of the comprehensive development level of new urbanization and intensive land utilization in the region shows that it is difficult to achieve synchronization between the two,which restricts the further improvement of their coupling and coordination level.Therefore,this study takes narrowing the development gap between the two and improving the development level of the two as the starting point to promote social development,and puts forward suggestions for the coupling and coordinated development of the two: deepening rural land reform and gradually improving the relationship between the three rights;strengthening infrastructure construction and promoting equality of public services;scientific planning of land use,promoting the circulation of residential land;adjusting the rural industrial structure,promoting industrial transformation and upgrading;developing the economy according to local conditions and achieving sustainable urban development.
