| Talent is the core competitiveness of an enterprise and also the basis for its existence,development and growth.While compensation is the bridge connecting talent with enterprise.A reasonable compensation system is important to attract,motivate,retain employees,and optimize the staff team,enhance the core competitiveness too.W Construction Company,as a small and micro private construction company,it has great chance to become an excellent entrepreneur.Due to the unscientific compensation management thinking,and the ignorance of position evaluation,employees’ personalized needs,it faces great pressure in compensation system,which restricts its sustainable and healthy development.This paper optimizes the compensation system of W Construction Company through literature review,questionnaire survey,combined with Hay position evaluation,and other human resource management theories.The first is to understand the current compensation situation,including compensation system,compensation level and compensation composition.The second is to find out the problems of the current compensation system and their reasons through a survey about employees’ compensation satisfaction.Then,to optimize the compensation system of W Construction Company on the basis of Hay position evaluation,and matched the employee compensation with the position value,the market compensation level and the internal needs of employees.At the same time,in order to ensure the effectiveness of compensation system optimization,this paper puts forward four safeguard measures from management thinking,working group,related regulations and capital.The last part is the summary of the full text,which puts forward that the optimization of compensation system is inseparable from reasonable position evaluation and vital for the existence and growth of the small and micro enterprises.Through the research of this paper,the problems of insufficient competitiveness,fairness and incentive of W Construction Company’s compensation system have been solved,which is conducive to the sustainable and healthy development of W Construction Company itself,and also provides more ways or inspiration for similar small and micro enterprises to solve the problems of survival and development. |
