Study On The Coordinated Development Of New Urbanization And Rural Revitalization In Jiangxi Province

Since the reform and opening up,China’s urbanization has achieved remarkable results,but behind the rapid development of urbanization,it is also faced with problems such as unbalanced urban and rural development and insufficient rural development.In 2017,the "Rural Revitalization Strategy" proposed by the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out the direction for rural development and coordinated urban-rural development in the new era,and also raised an extremely important topic of the times.The two major strategies of new-type urbanization and rural revitalization are the inevitable choices for building socialist modernization and realizing coordinated regional development,and both are indispensable.As a major agricultural province,Jiangxi Province is rich in agricultural resources and has a certain material basis for rural development.Quantitative assessment of the temporal and spatial characteristics of the coordinated development of new urbanization and rural revitalization in Jiangxi Province will help to understand the current urban and rural development status and existing problems.It is of great significance to promote the coordinated development of urban and rural areas.Based on this,this thesis attempts to carry out the following researches from the perspective of coordinated urban and rural development.First,the urban-rural coupling mechanism is deeply explored from five aspects: the two-way flow of urban and rural elements,the integration of urban and rural industries,the co-governance of urban and rural ecology,the integration of urban and rural spaces,and the balanced allocation of urban and rural public resources;Build a new urbanization evaluation index system from six aspects including overall planning,and construct a rural revitalization evaluation index system from five dimensions,including industrial prosperity,ecological livability,rural civilization,effective governance,and affluent life.Indicator weight;thirdly,based on the data of 11 prefecture-level cities in Jiangxi Province from 2007 to 2019,the development level of new urbanization and its subsystems,the development level of rural revitalization and its subsystems,and the static and dynamic Comparative analysis;finally,on this basis,the coupling coordination model is used to analyze the temporal and spatial differentiation characteristics of the coupling and coordinated development of the two,and the Arc GIS software is used to visualize the distribution characteristics of local-level cities in 2007 and 2019.The results show that: First,the development level of new-type urbanization and rural revitalization in various regions of Jiangxi Province is increasing year by year,and has spatial heterogeneity.In 2019,the newtype urbanization and rural revitalization indices of Jiangxi Province were 0.8757 and 0.7363,respectively.Second,from 2007 to 2019,the coupling degree between new urbanization and rural revitalization in Jiangxi Province was relatively high,both exceeding 0.9,indicating a high level of coupling.Third,the degree of coupling coordination between new urbanization and rural revitalization in Jiangxi Province has been increasing year by year.The coupling coordination index between the two has increased from 0.4145 in 2007 to 0.8911 in 2019.Currently,it is in a good coordination stage of coupling coordination.Fourth,the progress of the coupling coordination index between new urbanization and rural revitalization in 11prefecture-level cities in Jiangxi Province from 2007 to 2019 was different,and there was spatial heterogeneity in the coupling coordination.The coordinated development level of new urbanization and rural revitalization in northern Jiangxi is relatively high,while that in central and southern Jiangxi is relatively low.With the improvement of the level of new urbanization and rural revitalization in Jiangxi Province,the degree of coupling and coordination between the two also increases.
