Abstract/Summary:
With the advent of the big data era,knowledge and technology have become the symbol of the current era.Knowledge-based talents are the backbone of enterprise’s development and competitiveness,so how to effectively keep talents and improve employee loyalty has become an increasing concern for all enterprise managers.Employee loyalty that indicates the dedication to the companies they serve,which affects the performance of employees and the organization,and maintains a stable relationship between employees and organization.F company,as the biggest domestic manufacture factory,which has lots of manufactures members and complicated organization relationship.Zhengzhou site plays a significant role among different sites of F Company.Knowledge-based employees are the carriers and owners who have professional knowledge skills and intelligent capital,and they assume the status of professional and technical personnel,managers and decision-makers in the organization.Therefore,how to improve the loyalty of knowledge-based employees is of great significance to keep the stable development for the whole organization.The paper takes the knowledge-based employees of Zhengzhou site from F Company as the research object,and conducts a questionnaire survey and telephone interviews with the knowledge-based employees within the organization,and then combine lots of theories and the real status of organization to investigate the loyalty level and influence factors.Firstly,the author analyzes the current status of employee loyalty.Secondly,summarizes the main factors that affect the loyalty of knowledge-based employees,and finally several pieces of suggestions and corrective actions are proposed to effectively improve the loyalty.Base on the current status of employee loyalty,the employee loyalty of Zhengzhou site is much lower,which has bad impact on the enthusiasm and passion during their daily work,and lots of employee lack of dedication and sense of responsibility to the organization,so it still has a lot of space to improve the employee loyalty.Conducted interviews with the employees who come from different departments,and the main factors that affect their employee loyalty include occupational plan,compensation and bonus,corporate environment,leadership style and corporate culture etc.When the organization can’t provide the detailed professional skills training courses,the opportunity of promotion,and clear career plan for individuals;the compensation and bonus lack fairness and competitiveness,the employee don’t have a quiet office room and harmony work atmosphere,and disagree in leadership styles and unfamiliar to corporate culture recognition and so on.Therefore,refer to the above factors,this paper comes up with suggestions and strategies to improve employee loyalty from different aspects,such as meeting the individual development demands,creating a leadership style with emotional management and a harmony work environment,and improving the salary and bonus,and cultivating corporate culture,and enhancing the sense of belonging of employees in the organization.The study aims to provide basis and guidance for Zhengzhou site of F Company to enhance employee loyalty,stimulate enterprise vitality and enhance market competitiveness,and meanwhile,the research also provide theoretical reference for other manufacture factories.
