In the era of knowledge economy, high-tech enterprises which have characteristicof creativity and high growth are the knowledge enterprises. And the development ofthese enterprises depends on innovation. The biggest wealth of knowledge-basedenterprise is knowledge capital, which is originated from the knowledge workers. Thevalue that knowledge staff can bring to the enterprise not only depends on theknowledge capital they owned but also depends on the will of them to makeknowledge capital into enterprise benefit. So the management of the knowledge-typeemployees is the key point in enterprise human resource management. Nowadays, thecompetition is fierce between enterprises and the knowledge staffs which haveworking experience are attracted by enterprises with competitive conditions. And thismakes the knowledge staffs change work frequently and have low loyalty to theenterprise. And the loyalty of staff’s has relation on the developing speed ofenterprises and the management cost of staff. So the study of knowledgeableemployees’ loyalty in new high-tech enterprise is imperative.In this article, the index evaluation system on the loyalty of knowledge employeein high-tech enterprises is built and using questionnaire survey and other relatedmethods, an analysis on the loyalty of knowledge employees in Shanghai high-techenterprises is carried out. Then the results of questionnaire is analyzed and the criticalfactor on loyalty of knowledge employee. Some measures are proposed to improvethe loyalty of knowledge employee based on the critical factors affecting the loyalty.This study carried on questionnaire survey for200knowledge staffs in Shanghaihigh-tech enterprises and got193valid questionnaires. Then SPSS18.0is used toanalyze the questionnaire data and the influencing factors of the knowledge staff’loyalty in high-tech enterprises is got. And in this study, some related backgroundvariables, such as gender, age and educational background are introduced to analyzethe loyalty of knowledge staffs in high-tech enterprises.
