Abstract/Summary:
At present,the digital economy supported on the basis of digital technology is an important force for high-quality economic growth and social transformation in the digital era,and has huge value creation potential.While standing in our country in one hundred did not change the opportunity,in phase transformation of economic development patterns and the kinetic energy transition between the old and the new,original extensive industry development pattern and the unreasonable industrial structure must be adjusted as soon as possible,in order to improve the efficiency of industry development,the change pattern of industrial development,under the opportunity,the digital economy can provide a new solution for China’s industrial transformation and upgrading.Digital economy has made great contributions to the gradual transformation of traditional industrial model to digital and intelligent,accelerated the transformation of traditional industry,promoted the transformation of digital innovation achievements,and evolved the digital industry of new business mode.It has become a key engine of China’s industrial transformation and upgrading and economic and social progress.In view of this,this paper focuses on the relationship between digital economy and industrial transformation and upgrading,and studies the path mechanism and effect of digital economy driving industrial transformation and upgrading from both dynamic and static aspects.First of all,this paper discusses the status of China’s digital economy and industrial transformation and upgrading from the perspective of national conditions and reality,this paper analyze digital economy from multiple paths for the promotion of industrial transformation and upgrading,and the lag effect of digital economy on industrial transformation and upgrading is analyzed from dynamic angle,from the perspective of the static analysis of technology innovation mechanism of the influence of the relationship between role.Then the empirical analysis is carried out to establish the digital economy measurement index system and industrial transformation and upgrading evaluation system and calculate the data results.The dynamic PVAR model and static fixed effect model are used for empirical verification.Finally,conclusions and suggestions are summarized according to the previous analysis.The results show that :(1)digital economy has a positive and significant driving effect on industrial transformation and upgrading from both dynamic and static perspectives.(2)From the dynamic perspective,Digital economy plays a lagging role in driving industrial transformation and upgrading.The impact of digital economy on industrial transformation and upgrading reaches its peak in phase 2-3,indicating that the driving effect is the best when there is a lag of 2-3 periods,and then gradually slows down with time,and the response effect is similar to "inverted V".(3)From the static perspective,technological innovation is the influence mechanism of digital economy in the driving process of industrial transformation and upgrading,that is,digital economy drives industrial transformation and upgrading by improving technological innovation.(4)Other conclusions: From the dynamic perspective,industrial transformation and upgrading will also have a reverse effect on digital economy,but the effect is less than the driving effect of digital economy on industrial transformation and upgrading,and the two are not equal in pulling each other;Digital economy and industrial transformation and upgrading are strongly dependent on their own paths.As for the results of digital economy measurement,the level of digital economy in all regions keeps growing,but the speed is slowing down,and regional differentiation and digital divide are obvious.
