| Since the reform and opening up,China’s urbanisation process has been rapid,but only focusing on the speed of development will inevitably bring some social problems,such as urban diseases,contradictions caused by the dual economic structure of urban and rural areas,and ecological environment damage.Therefore,in the report of the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,The "people-centered new urbanization" is put forward.The new urbanization emphasizes the transformation from rural to urban in terms of industrial support,living environment,social security,and lifestyle,to achieve the overall planning and sustainable development of urban and rural areas,and finally,to realize the "Indiscriminate Development of Humans".At the same time,with the advent of the era of mass tourism,problems such as an insufficient effective supply of the tourism industry and irregular market order have gradually become prominent,which cannot meet the growing needs of the people for a better life.Tourism starts from the overall situation of the region,integrates resources,facilitates the integration of industries and cities and green development,and realizes the improvement of economic,social and ecological benefits.Therefore,the development concepts of global tourism and new urbanization coincide.The two have similarities in industry,economy,population,society,ecology,etc.,so they can interact with each other.Development provides conditions,and the development of all-for-one tourism promotes new urbanization.The two complement each other,promote the comprehensive development of the region,and better meet the needs of the people.Heilongjiang Province is a major tourism province with rich types of tourism resources.The province focuses on supply-side structural reform,promotes high-quality tourism development,focuses on the construction of a strong tourism province,and develops a new pattern of global tourism development.Similarly,Heilongjiang Province is also committed to promoting new urbanization,optimizing industrial structure and population distribution,improving social infrastructure,improving social service capabilities,and improving the ecological environment.Therefore,it is of far-reaching significance to study the coordination mode and interaction stage of global tourism and new urbanization in various cities in Heilongjiang Province and propose optimization strategies for the construction of a high-quality development pattern in Heilongjiang Province.This paper selects various cities in Heilongjiang Province as the research objects,uses the theory of industrial agglomeration and coordinated development to qualitatively discuss the coordination mechanism between global tourism and new-type urbanization,and proposes three modes of interaction between global tourism and new-type urbanization.Then,the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the development status of global tourism and new urbanization in Heilongjiang Province was conducted,and the data of Heilongjiang Province and the cities from 2011 to 2020 were used to construct an index system for empirical evidence.By analyzing and calculating the overall tourism development level,the new urbanization development level and the coordinated development level of the two cities from 2011 to 2020,the development stage of each city is determined.The analysis results conclude: Daqing,Qiqihar,Shuangyashan,Jiamusi,Qitaihe,Heihe and Suihua belong to the interactive budding type;Yichun,Hegang,Jixi and Mudanjiang belong to the interactive development type,and the development level of new urbanization is ahead of the global tourism.Therefore,it belongs to the type one of the interactive development type;Harbin belongs to the good interactive type.Finally,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward according to the overall tourism development level of each city,the development level of new urbanization and the coordinated development level of the two,to achieve a higher coordination stage and promote the overall development of the region. |
