Study On Optimization Of Clean Energy Industry Structure In Sichuan Province

Abstract/Summary:
Sichuan province,as a major hydropower user in China,is greatly affected by hydropower seasonality,and the clean energy industry is characterized by unstable supply in four seasons,large power transmission capacity and low capacity of non-fossil energy except hydropower.How to realize the goal of "dual carbon" and at the same time,to find the clean energy industry structure suitable for the development of Sichuan province,to provide strong energy support for the national economic development,is the problem to be explored in this paper.In this paper,mathematical model is used to construct the optimization model of Sichuan province’s clean energy industry structure,and quantitative analysis of the rationalization of Sichuan province’s clean energy industry structure.The analysis results show that hydropower is the best in terms of low carbon emission and low cost economy,followed by wind power,photovoltaic power,natural gas,coal and oil.By predicting the total energy output of Sichuan province in the future,the model of the clean energy industry structure in Sichuan province is constrained,and the theoretical structure and realizable structure of the clean energy industry in Sichuan province in2030 are analyzed.Through further analysis,it is concluded that in order to optimize the structure of clean energy industry in Sichuan Province,the utilization and development of power transmission channels should be increased,and the construction of clean energy consuming industries and pumped storage power stations should be developed under the principle of priority development of non-fossil energy,so as to avoid or reduce the occurrence of abandoning water,wind and light.We will attach importance to the clean development of peak-shaving energy during dry season,with emphasis on hydrogen and natural gas,and develop strong smart power grids and long-distance power transmission technologies to strengthen energy conservation and emission reduction power generation.On this basis,vigorously develop natural gas to replace oil and coal energy with high carbon emissions.
