The Research On The Structure Upgrading Path Of Industries Of Fujian Province On The Basis Of Carbon Emission Reduction

A lot of developing countries have problems dealing with the contradiction between economy development and its associated environmental pollution. For example, it has become known theorem that the more consumption of carbon-energy the more environmental issues we will fix in the future. The implementation of a Low-Carbon economy and achieve economic development model transformation have become a major goal pursued by current society. There are interactions between the Low-Carbon economy and industrial upgrading, on one hand the development of Low-Carbon economy depend on the upgrading of industrial structure; on the other hand, Low-Carbon economy will promote the upgrading of the industrial structure.This paper studies the actual industrial development in Fujian, including the state of Low-Carbon Economy based on the the structure of energy consumption, quantity of carbon emissions, and GDP in industrial enterprise, and further more, analyzes the necessities of the development of Low-Carbon Economy and its main problems in developing phase in Low-Carbon technology. In terms of modelization of the study, the Weaver-Tomas Model is a popular and effective model that combines selected metrics and outcome a strategy based on those metrics. This is to say, a customized Weaver-Tomas model is used to determine the development strategy of an industrial enterprises based on conditions with low-carbon technology and without low-carbon technology. Explore effective ways to upgrade the industrial structure in Fujian Province by contrast adjustments under two conditions of the industrial structure. The study shows that: Strategic industry under low carbon constraint has a significant emission reduction, this way industrial restructuring industrial Low-Carbon development in Fujian Province has a significant positive effect. At the same time, the higher level of abatement technology industry has more advantages in low carbon economy on improving sectorial technology for sustainable development of Low-Carbon industry and on upgrading inner structure of industrial enterprises. As a result, developing Low-Carbon industrial in Fujian Province and upgrading the industrial structure need both structural adjustment and technological progress.
