Analysis On The Spatial-temporal Evolution Characteristics And Influencing Factors Of Financial Resource Allocation Efficiency

Currently,the Chinese economy has shifted from high-speed growth to high-quality development,and the financial industry,as the core of the modern economy,plays a vital role for countries in the transition phase.Financial resources are an important tool for the financial industry to conduct resource allocation and macro regulation,but China is a developing country where financial development is still at a primary stage,there is a problem of imbalanced allocation of financial resources among regions,and financial resources are scarce,therefore,it is of great significance to initiate an in-depth Study on the efficiency of the allocation of financial resources.For the balanced development of Chinese financial resource allocation efficiency and the improvement of Chinese financial resource allocation efficiency,after sorting out relevant studies from domestic and foreign scholars,based on relevant knowledge theories such as the evaluation of financial resources and efficiency,we first conduct a preliminary analysis of the current situation of financial resources in China,calculate the financial resource allocation efficiency of 31 provinces and municipalities in China from 2008 to 2019 using the super-SBM model,and then calculate the distribution efficiency of financial resources through the kernel density estimation,exploratory spatial data analysis Methods such as the standard deviation ellipse method and Markov chain analysis examine the spatiotemporal evolution of the efficiency of the financial resource allocation,further use the spatial panel model to analyze the influencing factors of the efficiency of the financial resource allocation,and finally make related policy recommendations based on the above studies.The results of the study indicate that most provinces and municipalities in China are still in the low to medium level of financial resource allocation efficiency,and the financial resource allocation efficiency of different regions or provinces and municipalities has a large difference,nor do the changing trends vary,and the gap between regions increases from year to year;The overall picture is that the highest in eastern regions,followed by the lowest in Western and central regions and northeast,and the positive spatial correlation is constantly increasing,with the "low-low" clustering characteristic being the most obvious;The center of distribution of China as a whole moves to the southeast direction,and the direction characteristics are in the "northeast-southwest" direction;The type of financial resource allocation efficiency level has high stability,the probability of upward transfer is larger than that of downward transfer,there is no cross level development;The improvement of the efficiency of financial resource allocation by human resources reserves has a significant negative effect,both the economic development basis and the industrial structure significantly contribute to the increase of the efficiency of financial resource allocation,while the urbanization level hasn’t a significant positive effect.
