SD-based Research On Dual-channel Supply Chain Coordination For Fresh Produce Under Emergencies

With the development of the Internet and e-commerce,the dual-channel marketing model in which traditional retail and online retail co-exist has become a new feature of business development,and the fresh produce industry has also started to widely adopt the dual-channel supply chain model as a way to expand the circulation of fresh products.However,the new crown pneumonia outbreak in early 2020 has disturbed the market supply and demand balance and increased the difficulty of supply chain decision making and management.Since the dual-channel supply chain for fresh produce has been formed for a short period of time and its own stability is weaker than other supply chains,it is more affected by unexpected events,which may cause damage to the interests of each channel member and even endanger the survival and development of supply chain enterprises.Therefore,how to coordinate the cooperation among the members of the dual-channel fresh produce supply chain to effectively respond to emergencies,reduce the negative impact of emergencies on the supply chain,and maximize the interests of the supply chain as a whole and its members is not only a problem that supply chain managers must face,but also a key to the stable operation of the fresh produce market.Therefore,this paper applies the concept of emergency management to supply chain management and focuses on the coordination of dual-channel supply chain for fresh produce under emergencies.By analyzing the profits of the supply chain under different coordination mechanisms,we aim to find the optimal coordination mechanism that can reduce the profit loss of the supply chain under emergencies.Firstly,according to the operation mechanism of dual-channel fresh produce supply chain,a fresh produce dual-channel supply chain system dynamics model is established,and the model is tested to ensure that the model can truly reflect the actual situation,and through the analysis of arithmetic examples,it provides a basis for subsequent comparative research;secondly,the changes in the internal operation of the supply chain and the external market environment when the unexpected event occurs are analyzed,the relevant parameters as well as the variable equations are changed,and the The simulation results show that the unexpected risk event causes the key variables in the supply chain to fluctuate significantly,which not only reduces the profit level of the dual-channel supply chain,but also intensifies the supply chain conflict and seriously disrupts the production operation of the dual-channel fresh produce supply chain,so it is necessary to introduce a coordination mechanism Finally,in order to solve the problem of profit loss in the dual-channel fresh produce supply chain under emergencies,a coordination mechanism is introduced to change the behavior of the supply chain,and the coordination model of the dual-channel fresh produce supply chain under emergencies is constructed by analyzing the mechanism of different coordination mechanisms.In the outbreak and continuation periods,the combination strategy of suppliers giving priority to e-commerce delivery + transfer payment can make the supply chain achieve a win-win situation,and the coordination mechanisms adopted at different stages are basically consistent with the relevant measures taken by the government for the new crown epidemic,which further verifies the authenticity of the model.
