The Research Of Benchmark Recognition Which Based On The Competitive Advantage Theory

High-tech enterprises have played a key role in enhancing my country’s independent innovation capability,promoting the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure,and coordinating the level of regional economic development.At present,there is still a distance for the development level of high-tech enterprises to become the boring power to lead my country’s regional economy and enhance international competitiveness.Therefore,how to improve the core competitiveness of high-tech enterprises and how to help high-tech companies maintain sustainable economic development capabilities,are still the problem of scholars constantly exploring.This article is based on the competitive advantage theory to recognize the benchmark companies in high-tech enterprises by competitive evaluation method.According to the identification result to make suggestions for high-tech enterprises to improve their core competitiveness and achieve long-term development.Constructing the Core Competitiveness Evaluation Index System of High-tech Enterprises.First,through the literature combing method to confirm the six dimensions of the core competitiveness of high-tech enterprises and 19 secondary indicators that can represent each dimension,and constitute a preliminary evaluation index system.On this basis,the index system is used to test the index system and corresponds adjustments according to the test results and determine the final indicator system.Constructing the Evaluation Model of the Core Competitiveness of High-tech Enterprises.First,construct a high-tech enterprise individual strength identification model,and determine the advantageous characteristic weight structure of various enterprises from the most favorable individual perspective.Then,construct an individual agent evaluation model to bring the advantageous characteristic weight structure of each enterprise in the industry to the individual agent evaluation model,respectively,spread throughout the industry to the industry in the industry.Finally,build a democratic agent evaluation model to collect each of the advantageous weights of each evaluated subject and perform weighting processing,get the evaluation results of the individual and global evaluation and screen a benchmark company.Taking Liaoning Province as an example to conduct an empirical analysis.The high-quality development of high-tech enterprises in Liaoning Province has the role of driving the Northeast Old Industrial Base and promoting the coordinated development of my country.However,there are still problems such as insufficient company’s core competitiveness,the lack of industry leaders,and low management efficiency.Therefore,this paper selection Liaoning Province High-tech listed company is analyzed for research samples,to collecting enterprise data through the relevant database,submitting data into the bidder evaluation model,and analyzes the benchmiling recognition results,and makes recommendations.It not only confirm the effectiveness of research methods,but also helps the long-term development of Liaoning Province High-tech Enterprises.The research of benchmark recognition which based on the competitive advantage theory to make high-tech enterprises use Individual advantage characteristics identification results and selection results of benchmark companies,to deepen the understanding of enterprise’s own short board,clear learning goals,carry out targeted syndrome learning,enhance mutual understanding between enterprises,conduct targeted exchanges and cooperation,also provide a basis for the government’s policy orientation.
