Study On Working Capital Management Of Bright Dairy From The Perspective Of Supply Chain

Working capital runs through every daily production and operation activities of an enterprise.The effectiveness of working capital management is one of the important factors to determine whether an enterprise can maintain sound development.Nowadays,more and more enterprises are difficult to continue to operate because of the fracture of the capital chain,and finally can only go into bankruptcy liquidation stage.At present,the competition in the capital market is becoming increasingly fierce.If the competition only stays at the enterprise level,it may lag behind.The competition level needs to constantly upgrade and evolve,and the competition at the supply chain level gradually becomes the mainstream.Therefore,the concept of supply chain management into the management of working capital,to avoid the dilemma of enterprises,but also conform to the pace of the development of The Times.Enterprises cannot exist alone in the capital market.The management of working capital from the perspective of supply chain breaks through the boundary between enterprises.Enterprises can solve problems in a more timely manner and put forward more targeted solutions,and their working capital management ability will also be improved.Dairy industry is inseparable from the daily life of consumers.Dairy products are the typical representative of fast moving consumer goods.Consumer demand is relatively strong,and the market potential is constantly being tapped.In addition to focusing on product research and development,working capital management should not be ignored by dairy enterprise managers.In order to gain a firm foothold in the industry and maintain a good development trend,the level of working capital management needs to be constantly improved.Therefore,it is of great significance both theoretically and practically to apply the concept of supply chain management to the actual case enterprises for working capital management.Based on literatures and theories related to the research topic,this paper selects Bright Dairy as the main research object and Yili as the comparison object.Through mining the data of the past five years,the performance evaluation and analysis of the working capital management of the three chains of purchasing,production and sales of Bright Dairy were conducted from the perspective of supply chain,and the status of Bright Dairy and Yili stock in the dairy industry was determined by using the grey relate-entropy method.This paper analyzes the working capital management effect of Bright Dairy from the perspective of supply chain,and finds that there are some problems in each link of production and operation.In the procurement link,the relationship with suppliers is unstable.In the production link,other payables account for a high proportion,and the management is not standardized;In the sales link,the inventory turnover time of finished products is long,the management of accounts receivable has loopholes,and the use efficiency of prepaid accounts is low.In view of the problems existing in the management of working capital of Bright Dairy,put forward specific improvement schemes and measures,strengthen the management level of raw material inventory in the procurement process,establish long-term cooperation and win-win mechanism with suppliers,etc.Increase r&d investment in production,improve production technology level and standardized management of current accounts;In the sales link,strengthen the ability of accounts receivable management,expand sales channels,enrich marketing means,strengthen customer relationship management,etc.This paper aims to promote the improvement of operating capital management level of Bright Dairy,and at the same time provide reference and suggestions for dairy enterprises’ working capital management from the perspective of supply chain,which is conducive to the long-term and stable development of dairy industry.
