Research On The Selection And Optimization Of New Industrialization Policy Tools In G Provinc

After arduous efforts,at the end of 2020,G province completed the historic task of poverty alleviation,which also marked a successful end to the "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan".2021 is the first year of our country’s14th Five-Year Plan,and it is also the first year of entering the second centenary goal after realizing the building of a moderately prosperous society in all respects in 2020.Province G has entered a new stage of development.Facing the new historical starting point of the new environment,new opportunities and new challenges,whether industry,as the pillar industry of G province,can achieve the goal of new industrialization is a very critical step in the economic and social development of G province.At present,the provincial government of G has made the realization of new industrialization a priority,and in March2021 proposed an industrial doubling plan as a key development strategy for the province.Judging from the law of economic development in the past,the realization of new industrialization is of great significance for promoting the shift of advantages from resource advantages to economic advantages and promoting the coordinated development of industries.At present,the government has made the realization of new-type industrialization a priority,and the realization of new-type industrialization has become an important factor in regional economic competitiveness and competitive advantage.Therefore,studying the choice of new industrialization policy tools in G province has important practical significance for promoting the sustained,rapid and healthy development of the secondary industry in G province,improving the core competitiveness,and promoting the new industrialization in G province.The rapid development of new industrialization requires the support of basic theoretical research on relevant policy tools,but its theory lags significantly compared with practice.Although research on novel industrialization has increased in recent years,research based on relevant policy tools is still scarce.Starting from the research field of policy tools,this paper defines and compares the concept of new industrialization,identifies and analyzes related policy tools,summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of each policy tool,and proposes possible optimization paths.This has important theoretical significance for filling and expanding the theoretical research of new industrialization policy tools in G province.
