| The seed industry’s long-term success is inextricably related to the interests of farmers.Jing’an Town,Pei County,is well-known for its pepper seed output.It has grown a pepper seed producing area of more than 20,000 mu during the last 30 years.It has transitioned to solar-powered seedling greenhouses and steel-framed greenhouses for manufacturing.Per mu,the average output value is 25,000 yuan,the sales amount is 500 million yuan,and the annual profit is 300 million yuan.Jing’an Town has devoted great attention in recent years to agricultural quality improvement and rural development,and has fiercely pushed the development of efficient facility agriculture,vigorously implementing the strategy of promoting agriculture by quality,and Make the pepper seed production sector high-quality,green,brandable,and distinctive,and branding of the pepper breeding industry to promote the agricultural industry in recent years.Cluster cultivation is a term that refers to the process of growing a group of things together.Jiangsu Hengrun,Jiangsu Surun,and Xuzhou Qianrun employ the "company + cooperative + base + farmers" business model and the "six unified" greenhouse seedling growing,fertilization,drug usage,management,acquisition,and sales operating style.The average profit per mu of pepper seed production is 15,000 yuan,resulting in the direct enrichment of 20,000 farmers in the town.The surrounding three provinces and five cities are influenced by the planting regions,and production and sales account for half of the national pepper breeding market.Contribute to the increase in farmer income and the revival of rural areas.At the same time,the pace at which enhanced varieties contribute to the growth of national agricultural production has grown.Realize the pepper breeding industry’s high-quality growth in Jing’an.Three enterprises in the seed production base of pepper in Jing’an Town,Xuzhou Qianrun,Jiangsu Hengrun,and Jiangsu Sourun Seed Co.,Ltd.,were researched in this paper through field trips to gather the essential information.Farmers around the seed production base were polled to gather pertinent data,which was then gathered and evaluated descriptively to determine the current state of the pepper seed production industry in Jing’an Town,as well as the challenges that exist in the pepper seed production sector.The strategic option of the pepper seed production industry in Jing’an Town was determined using the SWOT analysis and QSPM matrix analysis of the development of the pepper seed production industry in Jing’an Town.According to the findings,the pepper seed production business in Jing’an Town has grown swiftly and achieved certain outcomes in terms of base scale,breeding,variety,scientific research,brand promotion,and the growth of leading firms,but flaws are becoming increasingly apparent.The base planning is insufficiently concentrated,the strength of scientific research workers must be strengthened,and modern enterprise management,seed quality management,and corporate brand image must all be improved.The extension of the pepper seed production industry chain and the deep processing of firms both have flaws.In light of the aforementioned issues,research recommendations include making a significant leap forward in the development of seed industry parks,substantially improving the radiation driving mechanism,and greatly improving the creative operation mechanism.Support scientific research and development,as well as the development of novel varieties,with the use of enterprise germplasm resources.The novelty of this paper is that it conducts a comprehensive and comprehensive research on the development of the pepper seed production industry in Jing’an Town,and presents constructive suggestions for the problems that arise in the development,based on the unique geographical location of Jing’an Town,in order to lead the promotion of Peking.Modern agriculture in the area has advanced to a new level,helping farmers earn more money and revitalizing the countryside.Simultaneously,the contribution rate of improved varieties to the rise in national agricultural production will exceed 50%. |
