Research On Working Capital Management Of SZ Food Company

Working capital is an important fund for the main business activities of an enterprise,which is directly related to the success of its operations and investment activities.It is integrated in the whole process of purchasing,production and marketing of an enterprise.As China’s food consumption needs are changing and competition is intensifying,many companies are facing closure due to improper management of working capital,so it is imperative to strengthen the management of working capital.However,the existing working capital management can no longer meet the needs of modern enterprises,so it is very meaningful to analyze it from the perspective of supply chain.Through analyzing the capital structure of SZ Food Company and using various analysis methods,this paper systematically expounds how to manage the working capital of SZ Food Company from the perspective of supply chain.First of all,this paper summarizes the research literature of domestic and foreign scholars,expounds the relevant theories of supply chain,working capital and supply chain management,and compares and analyzes the traditional working capital management model with the one based on the supply chain perspective,based on the new theoretical framework of " Supply chain management" and"Customer Relationship Management",the working capital is analyzed and reclassified by scientific analysis tools.Secondly,analyze the internal structure of current assets of SZ Food Company,point out the deficiency of working capital management of SZ food company,based on this,reclassify the working capital of SZ food company according to the link of supply chain,through the comparative analysis of a large number of data,this paper expounds the current situation of working capital management of the company from the perspective of supply chain.Finally,try to combine the company’s reality,put forward suggestions for improvement,hope that through the study of this paper,can help the company to optimize the quality of working capital management and increase enterprise benefits,at the same time,we also hope to provide some reference theory for other homogeneous units to promote the common development of the industry.The innovation of this paper includes two aspects:One is to match working capital management with supply chain management,and to divide working capital into different activities and specific items in the supply chain from the perspective of different channels,to find out the specific problems in working capital management and put forward the corresponding countermeasures.The other is to use supply chain theory to manage working capital,considering the factors of different channels,and reveal working capital management status from the whole and part.It has broken through the limitation of only managing individual items of working capital,and has carried on the overall and comprehensive management to the working capital of enterprises,so as to improve the management level of working capital of enterprises more effectively,to provide some experience for similar food processing enterprises in China,so as to promote the common development of the industry.
