Since the reform and opening up,China's retail industry as an important pillar of the national economy has achieved rapid development,and its position in the national economy has been steadily improved.After entering the 21st century,the emergence of e-commerce and the popularity of mobile Internet have intensified the competition within the industry.This leads to the phenomenon that the traditional working capital management mode is not suitable for the daily operation of retail enterprises,and even hinders the development of retail enterprises.Therefore,it is urgent to break out of the traditional thinking mode and study its working capital management performance with new theories and methods.The business model of fresh food chain-supermarket belongs to high turnover model.In order to ensure the normal operation of the enterprise,its working capital needs to maintain extremely high liquidity.The working capital liquidity of fresh food chain-supermarket is largely affected by the upstream and downstream departments of the supply chain,so its management of working capital should not only be limited to itself,but also fully consider the external effects generated by the upstream and downstream departments of the supply chain.Actively mobilize all favorable factors,give full play to the synergies between the upstream and downstream of the supply chain,and strive to achieve the overall optimization of the supply chain,so as to ensure the optimization of the working capital management mode of fresh food chain-supermarket.To sum up,it is of great significance to study the working capital management performance of fresh food chain-supermarket from the perspective of supply chain.This paper takes fresh 365 food as the entry point,taking the literature related to working capital management,supply chain management and the performance of working capital management based on supply chain as the reference,and analyzes it in combination with relevant theories.And according to a series of financial data and indicators to the working capital management performance of fresh 365 food horizontal and vertical comparison,found that the expansion of its operating income at the same time,there are still many problems in the management of working capital.It is mainly manifested in the aspects of single product type,long payment cycle of group customers and imperfect information management system.In view of the above problems,this paper suggests that fresh 365 food carry out buyer system supply mode,strengthen credit management and improve information management system.In this way,it can improve the management performance of fresh 365 food working capital and provide reference for the management of enterprises in the same industry.
