| With the acceleration of the global integration process,the customer-oriented supply and demand pattern has brought new challenges to inventory management.Diversified demand,rapid product update and iteration,and various uncertainties in the internal and external environment have put a lot of pressure on enterprises.the resulting le-ad time,order changes,etc.,will undoubtedly make enterprise inventory management more difficult to control.This paper takes the supply chain of S Energy Technology Company as the research object,and analyzes the power battery industry.Firstly,the basic situation of the current power battery industry is investigated,and the development trend of the power battery industry and the outstanding problems faced by the current power battery supply chain in terms of inventory management are analyzed;Secondly,based on the perspective of the whole supply chain,Using the system dynamics method to describe the interaction and dynamic changes of uncertain demand,production,supply and other factors in the supply chain,a two-level supply chain inventory control model composed of a power battery manufacturer and an auto manufacturer is established.The problem has been deeply researched and analyzed.Finally,the Vensim simulation software is used to simulate and compare the models.The simulation results show that optimizing the structure of the supply chain system and adopting the VMI supply chain inventory management mode can effectively improve the degree of information sharing,reduce inventory,alleviate the bullwhip effect,and stabilize inventory fluctuations.The average value,standard deviation and dispersion coefficient of the supply chain node enterprise inventory and the overall supply chain inventory are used as evaluation indicators to illustrate,which also provides guidance and basis for the enterprise to formulate inventory control strategies,so as to keep the enterprise inventory level at a reasonable level,reduce the occupation of inventory funds and the risk of enterprise operation.This paper applies the system dynamics method to the supply chain inventory problem of power battery industry,analyzes the interaction relationship between uncertain factors in the dynamic inventory system,and improves the inventory situation of the supply chain through the technical path of modeling and simulation,which can effectively reduce the operation cost of enterprises and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises and supply chain.It provides guidance and basis for enterprises to formulate inventory control strategies,which is conducive to promoting the application of system dynamics in inventory management. |
