The construction process of prefabricated buildings has the characteristics of industrialization and modernization,and its vigorous development is conducive to China’s construction industry to meet the challenges of industry transformation in the new era.Under the active guidance of the national policy,through the joint efforts of all parties in the construction industry,the development of prefabricated building in China has successfully completed the phased goals.Prefabricated components are the basic components of prefabricated buildings,and their excellent supply is the source guarantee of high quality,low cost and schedule of follow-up projects,so it is extremely important to do a good job in selecting prefabricated components suppliers.Aiming at the multi-attribute decision-making problem of prefabricated component supplier selection for prefabricated buildings,after comprehensive analysis of practical problems and existing researches in related fields,this paper starts from two aspects: evaluation index system and selection method of prefabricated component supplier.Firstly,CiteSpace word frequency analysis was used to select the evaluation indexes with high frequency in the existing representative studies from the three directions of industry,traditional building and prefabricated building and re-classify them,so as to establish a more unified and universal evaluation index system.Secondly,the more concise and reliable BWM(Best-worst multi-criteria decision-making method)is modified by using the information entropy of the evaluation index value of the prefabricated component supplier,and a comprehensive weighting method combining subjective and objective is formed to adjust the proportion between the indexes,so as to meet the different requirements of specific cases.At the same time,based on the existing in the decision making of information asymmetry,the prefabricated construction project owner or the contractor for the prefabricated supplier understanding is limited,especially in the soft power of suppliers,this paper will be prefabricated supplier evaluation index set for interval grey Numbers(IGN),together with the method of nucleus and gray level decomposition to process index values,To ensure that the prefabricated component supplier evaluation index value sequence contains information is not lost.Then,referring to the idea of advantages and disadvantages in TOPSIS,the positive and negative ideal solutions are established,and the grey comprehensive relative correlation degree of each supplier is calculated.The model of prefabricated component supplier selection is constructed,which provides data support for the decision of prefabricated component supplier selection,so as to make the decision more standardized and scientific.Finally,an example is given to prove the operability and effectiveness of the model.In general,this paper creates a more universal evaluation index system for prefabricated component suppliers of prefabricated building projects,and on this basis,constructs a selection model for prefabricated component suppliers of prefabricated building projects that integrates objective information and expert experience to make up for information asymmetry in decisionmaking.It can provide some support for the standardization and scientific decision of prefabricated component supplier selection for prefabricated building projects.
