Comparative Study On The Spatial Differentiation And Dynamics Of The Endowment Level Of Agricultural Factors In Jilin Province

The endowment condition of agricultural factors is the logical starting point for analyzing my country’s agricultural economic problems,and it is also the basic factor that determines agricultural economic growth.The factor endowment structure facing my country’s agricultural development is undergoing fundamental changes.Agricultural development is in a critical period of structural transformation.On the one hand,the technological structure is endogenous to the factor endowment structure.On the other hand,the regional difference in the agricultural factor endowment structure is The main reason forthe regional differences in the agricultural industry structure,and the change in factor endowments is the key to the transformation of regional economic growth momentum.The upgrade of leading factors will lead to a new round of agglomeration or re-agglomeration on the basis of the original economy,and achieve regional economic growth.Power conversion.Therefore,to understand and evaluate the level of agricultural factor endowments,grasp the new trends and spatial differentiation characteristics of agricultural factor endowments in the new period,and promote the upgrading of agricultural factor endowment structure,technical structure and industrial structure in an orderly manner based on the spatial distribution differences of factor endowments.One of the major strategic issues that need to be resolved urgently in the process of agricultural production structure transformation is also an important issue that needs to be overcome urgently inthe current regional economic development theory and practice.Jilin Province is a large agricultural province with a good endowment of agricultural resources and an important commercial grain production base in China.Over the years,the per capita grain holdings,grain commodity rate,grain transfer volume and corn export volume have all ranked first in the country.This paper attempts to construct an evaluation index system for agricultural factor endowments and corresponding quantitative analysis methods,and conducts a comprehensive and single-element evaluation of the level of agricultural factor endowments in Jilin Province and 9 prefecture-level cities(autonomous prefectures)from 2004 to 2019,and uses Arc GIS 10.2 Software,research on the spatial differentiation and evolution of agricultural factor endowments,the research results show that:(1)The comprehensive level of agricultural factor endowment in Jilin Province has risen sharply from 2004 to 2019.The agricultural single factor endowment index is in descending order of land factor endowment,capital factor endowment,technological factor endowment,labor factor endowment,and industrial structure endowment.There are obvious regional differences in the relative advantages of agricultural factor endowments in Jilin Province.Judging from the changes in the comparative index of agricultural factor endowments in various regions,the comparative advantages of Changchun and Siping cities in the central region have been significantly improved,and Songyuan and Baicheng in the western region also have their comparative advantages.Obvious advantages have increased,while the advantages of agricultural factor endowments in Jilin City,Liaoyuan City,and Tonghua City have declined significantly,while the trend of changes in other provinces and regions is less obvious.(2)There is a certain spatial differentiation in the agricultural factor endowment of the 9prefecture-level cities(autonomous prefectures)in Jilin Province.From the perspective of the change trend,the spatial differentiation of the comprehensive index of agricultural factor endowments in the 9 prefecture-level cities(autonomous prefectures)in Jilin Province shows "W" type repeated fluctuations.Among them,the spatial differentiation level of industrial structure factor endowments generally shows a “V”-shaped trend that first declines and then rises.The spatial differentiation of land factor endowments,labor factor endowments,and industrial structure factor endowments are “inverted V” that first rises and then falls."Type trend,the spatial differentiation of capital factor endowments and technological factor endowments is on an overall upward trend.The spatial differentiation characteristics of agricultural single-factor endowments in Jilin Province are also obvious,showing significant spatial agglomeration.The spatial distribution of the five types of single-factor endowments also shows significant regional differences,and within each factor endowment,there is obvious spatial agglomeration.feature.Among them,Changchun City and Siping City have significant advantages in terms of capital factor endowments and technological factor endowments.All single factor endowments of Jilin City,Tonghua City,and Baishan City are at a relatively low level in Jilin Province.In response to the above research results,this study proposes countermeasures and suggestions to promote the optimal allocation of agricultural resources and the improvement of agricultural production quality and efficiency,actively improve the endowment structure of agricultural factors,promote the development of natural factors to advanced factors,and strengthen the effective combination of agricultural industries between cities.
