Dynamic Evolution And Cause Analysis Of Agricultural Modernization Level In Jilin Province

Agriculture is the basic industry of national economic construction and development.In order to speed up the development of agricultural modernization and rural revitalization,a number of significant decisions have been taken by the CPC Central Committee and the State Council.For a long time,the provincial Party committee and the provincial government have always attached importance to the development of agricultural modernization.However,due to the influence of many factors such as nature and history,there is still a gap between the development speed of agricultural modernization in Jilin Province and advanced provinces.The full realization of agricultural modernization in Jilin province still has a long way to go.In order to more accurately control the actual development of agricultural modernization in Jilin Province,we need to use scientific methods to calculate the development level of agricultural modernization in Jilin Province.The investigation was conducted on 39 cities and counties in Jilin Province,combined with the development strategy of agricultural modernization in the new era and the development characteristics of agricultural modernization in Jilin Province,this paper selects 16 evaluation indexes of agricultural modernization level.After constructing the evaluation system of agricultural modernization level in Jilin Province,firstly,the comprehensive index of agricultural modernization level of 39 cities and counties in Jilin Province in 2010 and 2020 is calculated by entropy method;Secondly,it makes a descriptive analysis on the development level of agricultural modernization in 39 cities and counties of Jilin Province from 2010 to 2020;Finally,through two paired sample Wilcoxon signed rank test and two paired sample t-test,this paper makes an empirical analysis on the significance of the difference between the overall distribution and overall mean value of agricultural modernization level in 39 cities and counties in Jilin Province before and after the two periods.The main conclusions are as follows: firstly,the development level of agricultural modernization in 39 cities and counties in Jilin Province has generally shown an upward trend in the past decade,but the growth rate is relatively slow.From the perspective of the dispersion degree of the comprehensive index of agricultural modernization level,the dispersion degree of the comprehensive index of agricultural modernization level in 39 cities and counties of Jilin Province in 2020 has decreased compared with that ten years ago;Secondly,from the perspective of spatial distribution,the development level of agricultural modernization in different regions has spatial heterogeneity.The polarization of the development level of agricultural modernization in eastern cities and counties is more serious,while the development level of agricultural modernization in central and western cities and counties is more balanced;Finally,from the significance of the difference in the overall distribution and overall average value of the agricultural modernization level of 39 cities and counties in Jilin Province,the agricultural modernization level of 39 cities and counties in Jilin Province ten years ago and at this stage failed to show a more significant difference in the overall distribution and overall average value.The dynamic evolution of the agricultural modernization level is relatively slow,and there is a large room for improvement.To sum up,combined with the statistical analysis of the main influencing factors of the dynamic evolution of agricultural modernization level in Jilin Province,this paper concludes that the main reasons for the slow dynamic evolution of agricultural modernization level in Jilin Province are insufficient investment in agricultural production,difficult transfer of rural labor force,low standard operation level,insufficient funds for agricultural modernization and slow development of agricultural industrialization,Combined with China’s existing agricultural policy and national circumstances,this study proposes remedies and recommendations for improving Jilin Province’s agricultural modernization.
