Since China’s formal accession to the WTO,the trend of economic development has continued to be good,and the insurance industry has also ushered in a blowout development with extraordinary vitality.However,as foreign insurance companies gradually enter the management market,the competitive pressure in the domestic insurance market continues to increase.In recent years,the overall development of property insurance services is good.Many people begin to pay attention to property insurance.Its expansion speed is faster and faster,and the number of personnel of property insurance companies continues to increase,followed by various management problems.The research object of this paper is a insurance company established in 1992.The company’s business is mainly property insurance.It is one of the earliest state-owned enterprise insurance companies in China.In order to meet the long-term development strategy of the enterprise and seize more share in the new car insurance market,insurance company a officially established a 4S store team in 2017.The previous performance appraisal methods do not match the team development needs,and deviate from the enterprise development needs.Under this premise,the research subject of this paper selects the resident team of a insurance company to compare with the common performance appraisal methods.In addition to the interview and discussion method,it also uses the questionnaire survey method and literature reading method,Understand the current performance appraisal creation of the company’s residential construction team,analyze the problems and the root causes of the problems,and optimize and improve them by using MBO,KPI,BSC and other appraisal methods.The optimization direction includes application,indicators,implementation and performance plan.In addition to solving the problems such as lack of communication and feedback system and unclear target process,It also solves the problems related to the inadequate design assessment content and the lack of result application,and finally puts forward three specific guarantee countermeasures.Through in-depth analysis of the performance management problems of the resident team of a insurance company and put forward improvement research,this paper not only improves the previous performance appraisal model,but also effectively unifies the individual and enterprise strategic objectives of the resident team,and becomes a community of interests.It can also help improve the level of enterprise performance management,and can also bring corresponding reference to the implementation of performance management by other domestic insurance companies.
