| With the rapid development of the automobile industry and the globalization of trade,domestic auto parts and accessories enterprises are rising continuously,and the competition pressure in the global automobile industry is gradually increasing.In the post-epidemic era,good policy support,stable employment environment,open market and continuous material supply have all fueled sales growth.Therefore,many auto parts manufacturers are more determined to develop independently,and begin to expand their business abroad,and strive to grasp the opportunity of upgrading the auto industry chain.To participate in the competition of global platform,the transition from high output to high quality is imperative.Major auto brands have accelerated the speed of product upgrading,reduced the development cycle of new projects,and improved quality standards.It is imperative to optimize the quality management level of lamp project and improve product quality and customer satisfaction.This paper focuses on optimizing the quality management of X Company’s export auto lighting project and reducing the quality cost.Through investigation and research on quality management mode and process quality control,this paper systematically investigates the status and management process of X Company’s new project quality management by learning various quality management theories and methods worldwide.Through years of export experience of project quality management and record to refer to multiple projects,the process of the development of management field and products resume review and analysis,summed up the export project X company customer requirements in quality management system and quality control is not consistent,trial production trial production process of abnormal,supplier quality not up to standard,lack of product quality and so on many more new project.Through graduate study,I applied the quality management theory and quality tools of adaptive analysis and improvement solutions,specifically applied the theoretical knowledge of PDCA cycle,product advance quality planning,customer demand management--special feature management theory,zero defect quality management--process mode,etc.This paper focuses on the analysis of the lack of customer demand management process in project quality management,the lack of new project process planning,supplier management mechanism is not perfect,problem management only pay attention to fire prevention and other multiple reasons.According to the analysis of the current quality status and causes of X Company’s export project,the quality management optimization plan is given.This paper summarizes the improvement of customer demand management process,promote the project quality management focus forward scheme;Establish the abnormal management process of trial production process to reduce changes and reduce mold abnormalities,and strengthen the control of key processes;Optimize supplier management mechanism;Optimize new project problems prevention and management mechanism and other improvement programs.Through theoretical analysis and practical application in new projects,it is concluded that there are major deficiencies and management loopholes in project quality management before the project research,and it is the improper management methods that cause the serious loss of export projects.The significance of quality management focus moving forward is not only the common management logic of identifying problems and solving problems,but also the management requirements of project quality management on how to prevent problems.Through quality planning and process control,preventing the occurrence of problems is the quality management method X Company pursues to meet the needs of global customers and future development needs.All quality activities should be carried out around customer needs,and meeting customer needs is the most important evaluation basis of quality work.The findings of these research results and the proposed management plan are in line with the development trend of auto parts under the current environment,and have a strong reference significance for the improvement of project quality management in the traditional manufacturing industry. |
