In recent years,with the vigorous development of China’s market economy,commercial banks have greater and greater influence on China’s macroeconomic management.With the growing scale of commercial banks,the banks themselves can no longer concentrate on dealing with all operations,which will inevitably have a negative impact on some major operations.Therefore,in recent years,commercial banks have gradually adopted the way of operation outsourcing to separate some non-core operations with relatively high degree of process standardization from their own work,so as to reduce costs and pressure,so that banks can focus on their main operations.However,with the rapid expansion of the scale of bank outsourcing,outsourcing not only brings benefits,but also risks.For example,the outsourcing market access is not strict enough,the lack of outsourcing contract terms,the operational risks caused by outsourcing personnel,the leakage of customer information caused by outsourcing,and these risks have been paid more and more attention by financial institutions.This thesis conducts research and discussion on the risk management of C Bank’s remote center operation outsourcing,and the research process is based on the actual situation of C Bank’s remote center operation outsourcing risk management.Firstly,by referring to the research results of outsourcing risk management by domestic and foreign experts,we can understand the current development status of the industry.Using comprehensive risk management theory and principal-agent theory,combined with my own work experience,through the way of questionnaire survey,staff interview,insight into the C Bank remote center operation outsourcing risk management problems,including the internal risk management in liability is not clear,the inadequate strength of the foreign contractor’s risk management,outsourcing risk control effect caused by the poor.Further digging the root causes of its problems are the lack of internal risk management mechanism,the lack of risk management process of outsourcing and the imperfect risk management mechanism of outsourcing personnel.Further explore targeted solutions,including improving the internal risk management mechanism,improving the risk management process of outsourcing contractors and improving the risk management mechanism of outsourcing personnel.Finally,by strengthening system construction,system construction and taking advantage of big data,guarantee measures are given to improve the risk management ability of C Bank’s remote center operation outsourcing.This article through to the C Bank remote center operations outsourcing risk management analysis and countermeasure research,improving the quality of internal risk management ability,the outsourcing employees’ professional skills and compliance awareness,strengthen the relationship with the outsourcing suppliers,help C Bank remote center operations outsourcing risk management of healthy and sustainable development,at the same time,it also hopes to provide some reference for the development of outsourcing risk management of commercial banks in the future.
