| China has entered a new era,and the implementation of innovation driven has become an important decision at the strategic level of our country.It has now become the consensus of all sectors of society,and it is crucial to the high-quality development of our country’s social economy.At present,the global pattern has undergone important changes,the importance of scientific and technological innovation capabilities to my country’s development has continued to increase,and our country has also actively promoted the transformation and upgrading of industries."Made in China" is becoming a new goal of our country’s development.Under this macro background,university technology transfer institutions have played an important role in the process of industry-university-research cooperation and technology transfer implementation.How to transform the scientific and technological resources of colleges and universities into real productive forces has become the top priority of domestic technology transfer research.Company A,established in 1999,is a school-run industrial company affiliated to J University.It is mainly responsible for technology transfer,achievement transformation and other businesses.It is a technology intermediary service agency that conducts business based on university scientific and technological resources.At present,owing to the lack of clear strategic planning,strategic implementation and related safeguards,the company’s development encounters problems such as low achievement conversion rate and poor financial indicators.Through the comprehensive application of a variety of research methods and strategic analysis tools,this thesis draws the following conclusions on the basis of systematic research: First,the company needs to strengthen its existing advantages,make up for shortcomings,and implement the SO+WO strategic framework.Second,short-term,medium-term and long-term strategic goals should be formulated.Third,Six major measures for strategic implementation are proposed in terms of business content optimization,regional layout of industry-university-research cooperation,deepening of the "four-in-one" business model,construction of vocational and technical manager system,improvement of scientific and technological financial capabilities,and optimization of financial costs.Finally,the safeguard measures are proposed from the four perspectives,organizational management,talent,resource integration and corporate culture.Based on the analysis of company A’s development status and strategic planning,this research formulates a development strategy path and safeguard measures suitable for company A,and formulates the strategy suitable for company A’s development,which can provide guidance for company A’s management system improvement and stable development.At the same time,it can also provide inspiration for the development of technology transfer intermediary institutions in other universities. |
