Research On Strategic Management System Of S Investment Group Based On Strategic Map

With the deepening of the reform of state-owned enterprises,most domestic state-owned enterprises have promoted the reform of mixed ownership,built a market-oriented operating mechanism,and further expanded the development space through strategic transformation.As a pilot unit of the "Small Double Hundred Reform" of state-owned enterprises,S Investment Group has created huge profits during the "13th Five-Year Plan" period,but with the gradual development of domestic economy and society,there are problems such as the business structure needs to be further optimized,and the speed of development still needs to be improved.To this end,S Investment Group urgently needs to build a strategic management system that can effectively operate to achieve its strategic transformation goals and development goals.How to build a reasonable group strategic management system,and what are the key issues that need to be solved in the construction? The resolution of these issues will help to promote the transformation and development of the Group.Therefore,the thesis research has practical significance.Based on the research results of strategic management and strategic map,this paper analyzes the current status of the group’s strategic management system,existing problems and the objectives and key tasks of its management system,and selects the finance department and asset management department of S Group to study the composition of its departmental strategic indicators and their key tasks in the strategy map.The implementation effect of S Investment Group shows that the thesis research has practical application value.
