Research On The Impact Of Financial Aid On The Career Development Of College Students From Economically Disadvantaged Familie

With the gradual improvement of China’s College Students’ financial aid system and the continuous increase of national financial investment,financial aid has promoted educational equity to a certain extent,but can students improve their career development after graduation?This problem is directly related to whether education investment contributes to personal career development and national economic growth.Exploring this practical problem can not only effectively evaluate the implementation effect of China’s existing economic assistance policies,but also provide theoretical reference for the further improvement of student assistance policies in the future,maximize educational output and enhance the driving force of economic growth.Based on the theory of human capital development,starting from the impact path of economic assistance,this thesis uses the research method of combining theory and demonstration to explore the impact mechanism of economic assistance on the career development of poor students,and studies the impact of economic assistance on the career development of poor students,It also introduces human capital as an intermediary variable and analyzes the regulatory role of psychological elasticity between financial assistance and career development.This paper mainly uses spss22 0 and amos21 0 and other research tools to carry out statistical analysis on 422 effective questionnaires collected in Jiangxi Province,and draw the following conclusions:(1)financial assistance has a certain positive impact on the career development of poor students.(2)Human capital plays an intermediary role between financial assistance and career development of poor students.(3)As a moderating variable,psychological elasticity has a positive moderating effect on the career development of students with economic difficulties.This paper not only strengthens the discussion on the function mechanism of financial assistance in theory,but also enriches the special research on career development.At the practical level,the role of financial aid policy on poor students should be paid more and more attention.By providing economic security for the majority of poor students and improving their human capital,the role of financial aid policy on their future career development should not be underestimated.The research on the impact mechanism can also provide direction for policy-making and make the subsidy policy more accurate and efficient.Finally,according to the relevant research conclusions,this study puts forward suggestions from the following three aspects: first,the government should improve the subsidy policy mechanism and steadily improve the effectiveness of economic subsidy;Colleges and universities should actively carry out learning assistance and pay attention to psychological assistance in the process of funding;Enterprises should pay attention to the difference of individual needs of employees.
