Performance appraisal plays an important role in improving the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises and completing the enterprise strategy.Rational application of the results of performance appraisal can tap the talents of employees,improve their enthusiasm,loyalty and performance,enhance the vitality of enterprises,promote the long-term development of enterprises,and then achieve strategic objectives.Firstly,this paper studies the literature and research results of performance appraisal at home and abroad.On the basis of this theory,I choose FW insurance company as the research object,and use the method of literature research to explain the definition,purpose,influencing factors,theoretical basis,performance appraisal methods and other theories of performance appraisal.Secondly,this paper analyzes the staff situation,job setting and the current performance appraisal scheme of FW insurance company,designs and issues questionnaires,and summarizes the deficiencies of the current performance appraisal scheme.Thirdly,based on the balanced scorecard,through the analysis of the four dimensions,the evaluation indicators are obtained,and a more optimized performance appraisal scheme is designed.Finally,the paper puts forward the assessment scheme suitable for the actual situation of the company,and promotes the further improvement of the performance appraisal system.An excellent performance appraisal scheme can reasonably divide the company's strategy into the employees of each post,and through the effective use of the process and results of performance appraisal,help employees to make progress,enhance their personal working ability and efficiency,create more benefits for the company,and achieve win-win results for both the company and employees.Through the optimization of the performance appraisal scheme of FW insurance company,we hope to improve the performance of employees,achieve the strategic objectives of the company,thereby enhancing the comprehensive competitiveness of the company,and then realize the purpose of enterprise value.
