With the development of our country's economy,the market environment facing enterprises is constantly changing.Enterprises need to maintain competitiveness and sustainable development in market competition,and core employees are an important force to maintain the normal operation and development of enterprises.In recent years,due to changes in the domestic economic development environment,increasing labor costs,and talent mobility,the turnover of core employees in pharmaceutical companies has increased.The turnover of core employees has become an important issue that cannot be ignored in the development of enterprises.Therefore,attaching importance to the management of core employees and avoiding the departure of core employees has become an urgent issue for corporate development.This article takes Jurentang Group as a case study,selects core employee turnover as the research theme,and uses literature research,case study and questionnaire survey methods to analyze the reasons for core employee turnover,and optimizes the management of core employees in the company and avoids the core.Employee turnover provides targeted and actionable countermeasures.This article first defines the concept of employee turnover and core employees,briefly explains the theory of demand hierarchy,two-factor theory,and fairness theory.Second,it introduces the company's basic human resources and the specific status of the core employee's department distribution.Here,Based on the statistics of the number and distribution of core employee turnover in recent years,the impact of core employee turnover on Jurentang Group was analyzed;again,the reasons for the current employee turnover of Jurentang Group This paper analyzes the reasons from three perspectives: corporate perspective,personal perspective,and social perspective.Finally,it puts forward specific suggestions for the reasons that affect the core employees of Jurentang Group,and proposes that Jurentang Group should pay attention to the individuality of employees.Measures such as career planning,strengthening of internal system improvement and the provision of remuneration and benefits to core employees,and emphasizing corporate culture and skills training have reduced the turnover of core employees,aiming to achieve the sustainable development of Jurentang Group.
