In the current trend of globalization and international economic integration, there is an urgent and important need to promote the country’s exports in general and agricultural exports in particular.Especially,in the new context of Vietnam’s agricultural exports, traditional markets such as the US and EU are increasingly posing many challenges that Vietnamese agricultural product exporters have to face.It can be seen that the import market of agricultural products in the near future will focus on Asia(including Japan,Korea and especially China).Japan still maintains demand for agricultural products,South Korea is an increasing importer of agricultural products,China is considered a potential market for agricultural exporting countries. As a leading country in terms of population and fourth in area in the world, neighboring China is the world’s largest agricultural product consumption market with a consumption level equal to one-fourth of the world, especially is for agricultural products specific to the terrain, agricultural products such as coffee, pepper, cashew, tropical fruits...Therefore,it is necessary to promote Vietnam’s agricultural exports to the market.China aims to create new development potentials for Vietnam’s agricultural sector. In addition, research by Anthony Roath,Judith Whipple,Stanley E.Fawcett(2013)shows that supply chain management is evolving rapidly due to both strategic initiative and discipline. As companies increasingly include their supply chain partners in the development of their business strategy, researchers will have to continually reevaluate the underlying themes and emerging theories of post-marketing strategy, manage, and market by introducing new topics and reviewing expanded results. In the modern business scenario, the supply chain has become the backbone of all business organizations.Due to the agricultural products expiry date is normally short shelf life,an advanced logistics and supply chain system is required, developed to meet product quality as well as delivery time.In the short term, this is what businesses of the two countries need to focus on developing.
