Research On Lean Management Of Power Supplyent Erprises

Substation plays the role of changing voltage level,set and transmitting electric energy,and plays an important pivotal role in the power system.As the substation patrol department that directly manages the daily operation of the substation,whether it has advanced and effective management methods is directly related to the overall safe operation level of the power equipment and the regional power grid.In the changing external environment,energy supply continues to be tight today,power grid companies continue to pursue the improvement of their management level and cost optimization.Applying lean management to substation operation and maintenance management is an effective way for substation departments and even power systems to improve operation management level,reduce operation costs and reduce unnecessary waste.With the rapid development of new science and technology such as big data,5G and intelligent robot,most of the research on substation maintenance at home and abroad focuses on the automation of substation equipment and the construction of intelligent system,while ignoring the defects and problems existing in traditional empirical management of many grassroots and old substations.However,the lean management application of substation maintenance in the city’s electric power companies generally only stagnated in the rules and regulations and daily plans issued by the company,and has not yet played an effective role in the management of substation maintenance.The main research content of this paper is to apply lean management ideas and methods to improve the traditional management mode and workflow of substation maintenance and make the substation maintenance management more standardized,standardized and intensive.In this paper,based on the theoretical basis and research direction of the lean management,and the applicability analysis of the lean management in the electric power enterprise,and summarizes the ST city power supply bureau substation main content of the tour d management,based on the substation patrol,electric power equipment in the management to pour brake operation,tour d team building,and other key daily work analysis,find out the problems of management,Carry on the corresponding lean management implementation plan construction.On the premise of ensuring the completion of the work content,following the company’s rules and regulations,and in line with the safety of production,further improve the comprehensive quality of operation personnel,improve the work efficiency,improve the work process,and realize the effective implementation of lean management of substation patrol.
