Performance management of power supply substation is an important part of the one in power supply company.It is a subject worthy to be studied that how to establish a set of effective and operable performance management system and how to extend the the scientific and reasonable performance management system from power supply company to power supply substations.Performance management has been a short board of the power supply company.It is necessary to ensure the fairness,impartiality and openness of staff performance appraisal through research and practice.The paper puts forward some countermeasures to improve the performance management level of power supply enterprises based on the research on the present situation and problems of performance management.Based on the theory and method of performance management,this paper uses the methods of literature analysis,interviews and comparison to study the performance management of JH power supply.First of all,this paper makes a full analysis of the general situation of the power supply company of JH power supply company,grasps the general situation of its human resources,and analyzes the operation mode and the scale of the power supply business.Secondly,this paper analyzes the current situation of performance management in the form of performance management,the content of performance evaluation,the application and feedback of performance evaluation results,and points out the problems existing in the performance management of power supply.These problems are the lack of management system construction,the non-scientificalness,improper application of assessment methods,and unsatisfactory performance management results,etc..This paper analyzes the causes of these problems,and summarizes the following reasons.The first problem is the lack of awareness of the importance of performance management.The second problem is that the purpose of performance management is not clear.The third problem is the evaluation index system is unreasonable.The fourth problem is the weak corporate culture of performance management.The performance management process is optimized to make it more in line with the management characteristics and the nature of the work.In this paper,the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is used to construct the performance evaluation index system.It mainly includes the establishment of the evaluation index and the scoring method,and the use of AHP to determine the index weight.From the 3 aspects of organizational system,operating system and incentive system to cultivate the performance management culture atmosphere.Finally,taking WCQ power supply as an example,this paper illustrates the practice of performance management.According to the actual situation of WCQ power supply,this paper defines the scope of performance management,and puts forward the goal of performance management.Taking the salesman as an example,this paper uses the analytic hierarchy process to evaluate the performance of the employees.This paper expounds the concrete methods of communication and feedback of performance evaluation and the practical application of the results of performance evaluation in power supply management.Through the research of this subject,the scientific and reasonable performance management system of power supply station is established,which further improves the management level of JH company.
