Research On The Optimal Design Of Management Information System In S Tally Company

In the traditional sense,tally refers to the work of counting,inspecting damage and making documents entrusted by a tally agency when a ship receives and delivers goods at the port of shipment and the port of discharge according to the transport contract.And now such way has been difficult to adapt to the needs of modern logistics industry.Facing the Evolving needs of ports and tally business,the tally industry should adapt to the new situation,cope with new challenges,change the development mode of tally which can realize the transformation and upgrading of enterprises.With the progress and development of science and technology,intelligent tally technology has been successfully applied in Shanghai,Qingdao,Guangzhou and other ports.Modern information technology has changed the original tally data collection mode,promoted the data collection mode from semi-manual mode to automatic mode,and successfully realized the transformation and upgrading of tally enterprises.Only by increasing investment in information construction,improving tally technology content,promoting technological upgrading and achieving information sharing,can the tally industry give full play to the importance of tally and meet the higher demands of customs and shippers for tally data and services.Taking S Tally Company as a case study,this study analyzes and designs the company’s management information system optimization based on the theory of system development life cycle.Through combing the existing tally business flow chart and the existing problems of performance,according to the company situation and existing problems of the existing system is analyzed,at the same time for internal staff interview situation clear system user requirement analysis,combined with the actual situation and the function of the system,analyzing the business process for intelligent container tally of the construction of the system requirements analysis provides the basis,The optimal design scheme of tally system is determined and the possible economic benefits are predicted after the implementation of the system.In the end,some suggestions on information construction of small enterprises are put forward,which can be used for reference by small tally companies of other ports.
